The property is built to the highest standard and was completed at the end of February 2007. It is located on a popular gated community with a private lake at the front.
It comprises of four bedrooms, three bathrooms two of which are en suite, kitchen with all the modern appliances including stove, refrigerator and microwave oven, breakfast nook/dining area, double garage, formal living area and a separate living area for the children which contains a sofa bed for additional guests. In addition there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board. Every bedroom has its own cable T.V. with over 90 chanels. It is fully air conditioned and has air heat for the cooler months if required. There is a hairdryer.
The property also has a south facing screened pool with extended deck area including sun loungers and seating. There is a covered lanai with a fan above the seating area, the deck area has lighting including a light in the pool for swimming after sunset. The pool is surrounded by a child sefety fence for added security and peace of mind, this can be removed at your own risk. The sun is usually on the deck area from 9am until about 5pm, however there are shaded areas to escape the sun.
The property has WiFi which is password protected. Which will be disclosed with your booking confirmation.
The lake in front of the community has a private pier available for fishing.
Within a 2 minute drive there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and other shops and there is an abundant choice of restaurants and fast food places.
Along HW27 by the I4 is the Posner shopping center with Target, Best Buy, JC Penny, Dicks, Belk and much more.
Going East on the I4 you can get to all major attractions in the area:-
Disney theme parks are 20 minutes drive.
Seaworld/Discovery cove and Aquatica is 25 minutes drive.
Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure is 30 minutes drive.
Busch Gardens Tampa is 50 minutes drive going West on I4.
Golf courses are local, Southern Dunes 2 minutes drive and Champions Gate 10 minutes drive.
