OPTION 1 (two-week stay or longer) approximate value is $155-$185 (USD)
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
• Round-trip transportation from Cancun airport to our condo AND return to Cancun airport •
For your convenience, we will provide private transportation to our condo upon your arrival at the Cancun airport. Then, after you are completely rested from your stay at Casa Nueva, we will arrange and pay for your return shuttle back to the Cancun airport.
OPTION 2 (one-week stay or longer) approximate value is $80-$95 (USD)
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
• One-way transportation: to our condo from Cancun airport OR return to Cancun airport •
We suggest renting a car from Executive Car Rental at the Cancun airport to get down to our condo, and drop it off the next day or whenever is convenient for you. The car rental drop-off is located just outside the gate to Puerto Aventuras. Then, we will arrange and pay for your return shuttle back to the Cancun airport.
OPTION 3 (one-week stay or longer) approximate value is $80 (USD)
FREE GROCERY SERVICE
• $40 worth of groceries stocked in the condo upon your arrival •
Provide us a list of groceries and we will have those items waiting in the condo upon your arrival. Although there are plenty of great restaurants, and a small grocery store in PA, this option works great for those guests who don’t want to deal with shopping for groceries or refreshments upon arrival.

Casa Nueva, condominium 101, is located in the brand new Villas Talia condo development in the upscale gated community of Puerto Aventuras. With only 16 units at Villas Talia, you won’t have to worry about dealing with a crowd or getting a chair by the pool.
Spacious, beautiful, and private, Casa Nueva is well cared for and furnished in a rustic but contemporary style. This spacious one-bedroom ground-floor end unit is located on the south side of the complex, so you get plenty of light all day, along with lovely garden views, through the abundant windows.
It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and Puerto Aventuras restaurants, shops, and activities, and many other Riviera Maya attractions are nearby. Spend the day golfing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling in the turquoise waters of the bay, shopping, or relaxing at the beach or pool.
On-site American property managers, Andrew and Lisa, will help welcome you and are available to answer questions during your stay.
