This is a 2+ million dollar home!
Plenty of room and privacy for extended families, or friends vacationing together in 3800 square feet of living area plus 3 outdoor patio areas. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus a pool and beach bathroom, an outdoor hot and cold shower. The master shower has body jets, jacuzzi tub, and a toto washlet. This is a family type home, and we like to keep the neighbor's happy, so, if you are big late night party people, this home would not be the one for you. If you are having an event ie: Birthday party, anniversary, wedding, and want to use this as the event place, or somewhere out of town guest can come while in the area, this will not be acceptable. A resort/timeshare, or hotel would be a better option. This is a single family house, not a resort. Our maximum is 10 people, as it is too much wear and tear on the house to have numerous guests over. I think you would feel the same way if it was your house.
The beach in front of the house was voted one of the top 10 family beaches in the U.S.
We have a security system that helps with children's pool safety. |
