Looking for a clean, comfortable place to spend your vacation? This newly constructed home accommodates up to eight people. There are two bedrooms each with private baths. Also has a full kitchen and large living room featuring a great view of the lake. There is high speed internet and cable tv available along with a secure wireless access point for all of your wifi devices. Another rental in the same building is available for larger groups or families.
There is a private dock with 180 ft of waterfront that is shallow enough for children to swim and gradually deepens allowing easy mooring of boats. A canoe and 2 kayaks are included with the rental. There is a 14 ft aluminum 15hp motor boat available for a small fee. Jet skis and other motorboats are available for rent from local dealers. Conveniently located just 1 hour north of Portland and 15 minutes from the eateries, shopping, movie theaters, and golf courses found in Augusta. Located 55 minutes from the coast and Freeport which is home to Maine's L L Bean's and other outlet stores. other area attractions are a lively summer theater in monmouth as well as hiking and wild life viewing. located on two acres of land this house is private yet and easy bike ride to town for coffee and the paper.we are 1.5 miles from the center of winthrop which has several nice places to eat and a grociery store .Also most of the local places deliver food, pizza etc.
