This absolutely stunning Lake Tahoe vacation property has more amenities than one could ask for. This large home is professionally decorated with contemporary spin on the welcoming warm and fuzzy interiors. Some of the many qualities this magnificent property has to offer include: a large enough driveway to hold 8-10 autos, 5 bedrooms, with 2 master suites, one on each level (4 king beds, 1 queen, queen sleeper sofa in upstairs vestibule, 2 sofas and a day bed in the den, enough sleeping space for 15-16 people comfortably. There are 4 full baths with stone heated floors. Color coordinated Luxury Egyptian cotton towels, linens and toiletries abound for extreme comfort, as well as a set of new washer/dryers on each floor. Fabulous chef’s kitchen boasting top of the line Viking appliances, gorgeous granite counters, and wine cooler/bar. There are Plasma or LCD TVs in all the bedrooms and living areas, with all movie channels and included are 3 DVD players with a small movie library, stereo with CD player. This home has 3 fireplaces including a stone wood burning living room fireplace. A cabinet full of games, a Karaoke machine, and a pool table complete that fun “stay at home” atmosphere.
There is an amazing rear patio deck that overlooks forestry land with filtered Lake views, a really nice heated swimming pool (seasonal), Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and in ground trampoline, all surrounded by a fenced landscaped back yard. Skyland is a woodsy neighborhood and is nice for walking and bike riding (bikes in the garage) and offers a private sandy beach.
Out the back gate is a short path walk to the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. Zephyr Cove Marina is only minutes away, and has snorkeling, jet skis, paddle boats, motor boat rental, parasailing, hot air balloon rides, snowmobiling, hiking, and the Tahoe Queen Steamboat. Heavenly Ski Resort, shopping, world class entertainment and 5-star restaurants are a short 10 minute drive away. This home is truly what vacationing is all about, not to mention the unparalleled surroundings of fabulous Lake Tahoe.
