Spectacular house in Ixtapa's most exclusive and secure private resort, Punta Ixtapa. The house has all the amenities, impeccably decorated by a famous local interior decorator, sleeps 18, has daily staff, private pool and is located in front of Ixtapa´s most beautiful beach, "Don Rodrigo". The house has a super cook, "Martina", who will delight you with various Mexican dishes. It has very few stairs since everything is in one floor.
The rooms are all spacious and bright- decorated with colorful Mexican feel. The master bedroom has one king size bed, two double beds and private bath. Bedroom 2 or the guest bedroom has one king size bed, one twin bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 has three individual beds and private bath. All of these three bedrooms have a gorgeous terrace and hammocks facing the ocean and steps away from the beach. Bedroom 4 and 5 have six individual beds and two individual beds respectively and each one has a private bathroom.
Located in Punta Ixtapa, you will have use of the luxury resort's 3 clubs and 5 private beaches:
- "Las Cuatas" with a private beach and an oyster bar.
- "El Morro" with 2 large infinity pools, restaurant, and 2 private beaches with lifeguards.
- Next to our house is "Don Rodrigo" with a great restaurant, infinity pool, private beach with kayaks and lifeguard.
- The fifth beach is called Playa Quieta and is great for jogging, walking or water skiing.
The clubs have an incredibly high level of service: they bring you towels, beach umbrellas etc. and when your drink is half empty, someone quickly comes to ask if you would like another. The restaurants have a top notch Mexican chef who creates fresh and delicious dishes. The resort has various exclusive services such as a driver who picks you up at the airport to take you to the house and back to the airport, supermarket delivery service, etc... The resort has great biking and hiking trails as well as tennis and paddle courts.
If you like skiing, diving, fishing or sightseeing we have a motor boat with driver available for daily rent.
Probably you have heard of Punta Mita Resort in Puerto Vallarta? Punta Ixtapa was made by the same company.
