The photos here can’t give you the sounds of the bubbling “cantera” fountain that envelops the living room – dining room area, and can even be seen and heard from the bedroom balconies.
The fountain is truly the centerpiece of this romantic “Casa”. It is surrounded by ferns, flowers, hanging tropical vines and the front door is flanked by the San Miguel signature tree, the cypress tall pines. The breeze through the house with wonderful cross ventilation creates a sense of heavenly fresh air all year around.
The furnishings are Spanish Mexican with accents of comfortable elegance. A wonderful place for entertaining guests and new friends.
The stereo CD player has speakers inside and outside – even on the roof top garden areas.
A gas fireplace downstairs for warmth on winter nights or just atmosphere. You can find the flat screen TV above the fireplace behind a framed Mapplethorpe Lily photo. Just remove and there is TV cable and DVD player – movies can be rented. Bring your favorite CD with you, some good Latin CD’s are here.
An original art collection will surround around you throughout the house to enjoy.
The first floor has a sumptuous kitchen that can be seen under the arched doorways, so the hostess doesn’t have to be out of the party! The kitchen is appointed with an iron chandelier and copper molding trim, all appliances are new. Dishes, pots and pans, table linens, glasses and flatware ready for your entertaining pleasure.

SECOND FLOOR
The Second floor has 2 bedrooms beautifully appointed queen size bed and Martha Stewart newest luxury bedding - for cozy night sleep. Great closet space and lots of it. Beautiful balconies overlooking the bubbling fountain courtyard, a huge bougainvillea tree can be seen from everywhere.
Two full bathrooms with shower tub, fluffy towels, plenty of them. Under the sink wood cabinets to hold all your personal toiletries neat and put away. Beautifully appointed with antique Mexican tiles, bronze hardware and colonial style handmade light fixtures. Glamour even on the door handles
Second floor has a large table for computer and hookup for broadband Internet connection. There is also a cell phone available, able to send and receive international calls and messages. This table also is used as a Buffet Bar area for rooftop entertaining.
THIRD FLOOR
Third floor rooftop garden terrace perfect for entertaining, watching sunsets and fireworks. From the dining area the view of the Parroquia is the centerpiece to your table setting. Starry skies above and a full moon on the right night. To top it all off there is an outdoor gas fireplace, all surrounded by palms olive trees and agave potted cactus. Music also accompany you.
All this is in an easy level walk, 7 minutes to the “Jardin” – the heart of town. Good shopping, restaurants in every direction, off the street parking available.
Maid service twice weekly, more days if you need it. Gardener as needed. Property Manager to handle any special needs. She will greet you on your arrival and show you how the house works. She is also available to solve any problems. Catering services are available for cooking if you wish to entertain.
All this in a quiet neighborhood for the price of a hotel room!
