Villa Yosemite is in Groveland, CA located in the Sierra foothills on 7.5 acres, with lake access and a mere 40 minute drive to Yosemite Village.

With 4 luxury bedrooms and 3 full bath rooms, appr. 4000 sf living space, 8-10 guests can sleep comfortably with all the amenities you would expect from a villa of this caliber including a washer and dryer, 2 gas fire places and 1 gorgeous wood burning fire place in the indoor-outdoor patio area.
This Yosemite Villa also includes a movie theater with 600 watt surround sound, a 60" plasma HDTV, a private bar and a card table for your entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and 6 burner gas range is fit for a chef and the fabulous dining area will take you back to a time of classic simplicities.
The well appointed master bed room with its king size bed is attached to a spacious master bath room with a large enclosed glass shower and gas burning fire place overlooking a Jacuzzi tub. The remaining 3 bed rooms feature 3 queen size beds decorated with pleasant Mediterranean art works.
The indoor- outdoor patio with a wood burning fire place opens up to a 4,000 sq ft lighted grassy terrace surrounded by balustrade and 4 private lounging areas. A beautiful 10'x8' spa and a raised BBQ highlight this grand terrace.
There is an indoor- outdoor sound system to enjoy your finest music while sitting in front of a marble fire place while lounging in the family room, enclosed patio or terrace.
Play ping-pong or take an evening stroll on a path that will take you through the villa’s lighted oaks and pines. The sound of wood peckers pecking away, majestic oak lined private hiking trails on our 12 acres will strengthen your body while the sound of a small creek winding through the forest will reconnect with your soul.
Pilots will enjoy the scenic flight in to lighted Pine Mountain Lake Airport. Call the Local Limo service and for a slight donation you will be delivered effortlessly to your Villa.

Thank you for sharing your fabulous home with us! A group of girlfriends spent 4 fabulous days relaxing, sightseeing and cooking up a storm in your great kitchen. The home and homesite were perfect for fun and R&R. Total quality from the beds and linens to the furnishings and artwork. I don't think we have ever rented a home (in over 25 years) that had such an eye for detail and such a layout for living. Had a small issue with the spa, but your handymen had it up and running quickly (thank them!) Thanks again and hope to see you again in the near future!

We stayed at this house in July for a week for our visit to Yosemite National Park. It's very conveniently located for daily trips to the park. Groveland is east (towards YNP) of the curvy mountain climb/descent on route 120 which allows you to avoid driving there too many times(for multiple visits to the park). The house itself is very big and very beautifully decorated. It is in a very quite area with a lots of amenities. The entertainment room is very impressive. We were 4 families with 8 young kids so sleeping space was tight but we managed OK with an airbed from home. We have no complaints really, and would stay there again and certainly recommend to friends and family.

This beautiful home was great for the 10 of us. We enjoyed the movie room and the spacious living area. However the kitchen was not very well stocked with common glassware, and cooking supplies. When we arrived the kitchen / living area needed cleaning. We called the owner and she willingly had the cleaning crew come back the next day to rectify the problem. Many light bulbs need to be replaced. It's hard to get ready in the morning with only one bulb burning. It's location to Yosemite was VERY convenient... only a 40 minute drive to the entrance!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Yosemite villa is a beautiful house that is clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay there for a weekend. All 10 people in our party had a great time. We absolutely loved the hometheater in the villa. It is very quiet and isolated but at the same time is very close to a main street.Nancy,the owner is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to everybody. The only con is, you don't want to leave the luxury home to explore the great outdoors :) Once you are out in the gorgeous Yosemite valley, that's a different story/review !
