This is a 2 bedroom upper unit located on the end of the Mountain Boy building at Snowater Resort. The first floor has 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed, 1/2 bathroom, full kitchen and an open living/dining area. There is a balcony off the living area with a view of Church Mountain. The second floor features 1 bedroom with a queen bed. It is open to the living area below and has a sky light that opens. The second floor also has a full bath and a stacked washer/dryer. There is baseboard heating and a wood fireplace - wood is available for purchase at the Snowater Office. This unit sleeps 5. Maximum occupancy of 6, with applicable fines when violated.
Check-in time is at 3pm. Check-out at 11am.
The resort Snowater is a private and gated resort residential community located directly adjacent to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. There are 2 recreation buildings each with an indoor swimming pool and other amenities including an hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, squash court, tennis court, and childrens' play area.
There are 23 acres of walking trails along the Nooksack river. This resort is the closest you can stay to the Mount Baker ski area which is just under 20 miles away.
A deposit of 50% of the stay will be required at time of reservation. The other 50%, damage/key deposit (fully refundable), and a $50 cleaning fee will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
Payment is accepted in cash, check, or from Paypal.
