There are 4 BR (1K, 2Q, 2T), 4 full BA on the main level including the master suite with walk-in-closet, whirlpool tub & separate shower. Upstairs there are 2 large BR's (1K, 2T), 2 BA & a spacious den/playroom, ideal for a kid's getaway!
There is also a porta-crib and highchair available. There are wide porches on the front & rear of the house to spend countless hours relaxing & enjoying the outdoors...remember, you're on Edisto time!
The underneath carport area has ample room for cars, boats, or golf carts. Perfect rental property for large groups or family get-away. Reverse osmosis water in kitchen, Wi-Fi network and Direct TV included.
Each bedroom has it's own TV and ceiling fan and there are 3 DVD players throughout the house. Home is located on the quiet side street area called Sandpiper Ridge, which is only a short walk to the beach.
No pets allowed and home is non-smoking. Weeks only June-July-August. Shorter or longer stays available September–May. Property rents from Friday-Friday. Linens and towels are not included, but can be rented through a 3rd party. There is a departure cleaning fee of $125 in addition to the rental fee.

Our family rented a couple different houses on Edisto Island and this was by far the best house. It was so beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and well stocked. It had everything. The location from the beach was no big deal, easily walked and there was a beach access at the end of the road for us to get to the beach. It was awesome. It was also nice to be away from the beach a bit to have the quite, secluded road (no traffic) and we had a backyard we set up a small volleyball net so the kids could play that too. The house itself has large bedrooms and very nice living rooms. The kitchen is so well stocked with good utensils and pans, you won't want for anything. There is so much I could say, the kids had a great time too. They especially loved the TV in their room with it's own receiver. I would easily recommend this house to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation. This was a very carefree house and vacation. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

I have been vacationing at Edisto since I was a baby. This is the absolute best house we have rented in the last 11 years (other than my grandmothers on "the" beach.) It is decorated with fun and bright colors. The kitchen is stocked...I think the only thing that was missing was maybe a pie plate.. (we have stayed in houses you were lucky to have a cookie sheet or pots that had lids.) The playroom had tons of toys and everyone has plenty of room to have their own space. We really enjoyed cooking out downstairs and hanging out as well as having our morning coffee on the back porch under the ceiling fan looking over the yard. The short walk to the beach was really short...you could run back for the little ones to go potty and not be gone for an hour. Thanks again! We want to stay again!
