There are 4 BR (1K, 2Q, 2T), 4 full BA on the main level including the master suite with walk-in-closet, whirlpool tub & separate shower. Upstairs there are 2 large BR's (1K, 2T), 2 BA & a spacious den/playroom, ideal for a kid's getaway!
There is also a porta-crib and highchair available. There are wide porches on the front & rear of the house to spend countless hours relaxing & enjoying the outdoors...remember, you're on Edisto time!
The underneath carport area has ample room for cars, boats, or golf carts. Perfect rental property for large groups or family get-away. Reverse osmosis water in kitchen, Wi-Fi network and Direct TV included.
Each bedroom has it's own TV and ceiling fan and there are 3 DVD players throughout the house. Home is located on the quiet side street area called Sandpiper Ridge, which is only a short walk to the beach.
No pets allowed and home is non-smoking. Weeks only June-July-August. Shorter or longer stays available September–May. Property rents from Friday-Friday. Linens and towels are not included, but can be supplied for an additional fee. There is a departure cleaning fee of $125 in addition to the rental fee.
