Our new, four bedroom, three story single family home, featuring "Beach" motif, is located three hundred yards to sandy Oceanside Beach in the North Beach Village of Oceanside. One block to pier, restaurants, theaters, and 16 screen movie theater. A perfect place to relax!
This is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California by car or train. You are a minute or two drive from the I-5 and Coast Hwy exit. The weather is wonderful; there are no shortage of activities for you to take advantage of, and the scenery is breathtaking.
Travel South and enjoy Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race Track, La Jolla Playhouse, Sea World, Legoland, Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, and the Balboa Park Museums. Drive Northeast to the Wine Country and Pechanga Casino. Travel North and visit Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, South Coast Plaza, Hollywood, and Universal Studios, just to name a few.

Just a block from the beach, this newly renovated townhouse was exactly what we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The townhouse provided easy access to all the tourist attractions we wanted to see and it was only a brief walk to the scenic Oceanside beach and pier. We took advantage of the convenience of having many little shops, restaurants and a movie theater just down the street. Plus, it was very easy to take a train north towards Los Angeles or south towards San Diego to see all the sites each city offered.
After a day out of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to the spacious townhouse that included all the essentials. The front patio and third-floor deck were both great for enjoying the warm California sun and the ocean breeze. The large kitchen made it easy to cook for the whole family. There was plenty room for everyone and the large master suite made it easy to kick back and relax.
We spent our evenings relaxing on the third-floor deck and playing darts and foosball in the game room. All the cubs were also taken care of with beach toys, video games, a baby play pen, and a high chair. There were even bikes for us to use during our stay! They were great for cruising along the Oceanside Beach boardwalk.
Our stay in Oceanside was very enjoyable and this wonderful townhouse made it even better!

During the month of April my family met in San Diego for a family reunion. The house of accommodated us perfectly and we found the kitchen and family room to be a wonderful gathering place for everybody. We BBQ'd several times on the top deck and hung out by the fire pit at night visiting. We went to the beach everyday and enjoyed the short walk. Heather made the booking and arrival process very easy and we plan to visit again in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had three families (a total of 14) stay in this house and we had a fabulous time. The house was great with the two master suites. All of our young girls took over the sitting room as their special place. The young boys loved the game room with the video games and the foosball. The master bedrooms and master baths are huge. The laundry room is a great size and a must. With 14 of us we went through the well stocked towels and beach towels pretty quickly. The kitchen was great and accommodated all of us with the the dining table, kitchen table and bar seating. We all enjoyed sitting around the bar while the chef of the day cooked. In the evenings, we moved to the front porch and watched the people go by. We didn't use the upper deck, but it is really nice. The beach was only a block away and the kids really appreciated the stock of beach toys in the garage. Some of the adults borrowed the bikes and went for a ride. Others went for a jog in the mornings. The walk to the pier was only a couple of blocks and it was fun to walk down the beach and watch the surfers. The house is also close to the Transit Center. One day we took the train to San Diego. It is good for anyone going to stay in Oceanside to note that the train tracks run along the shoreline. Therefore you will need to get used to the sounds of the train going by no matter where you stay near the beach. It is also a good idea to check into some of Oceanside's laws. We were informed of some of them from the nice store clerk at Pappy's store right across the street from the house. Pappy's has just about everything you will need and it is so convenient. Don't let the picture of this house fool you. It is NOT small. Every room is VERY spacious. There are three levels, so keep in mind that there are stairs (our boys loved them), with all the bedrooms on the second level and the game room and deck on top. This house is a great place to stay and the owners are great! They communicated well and responded to every question quickly. If we ever go back to Oceanside, this is where we will stay. We had a great time! The owners were INCREDIBLY responsive to the few MINOR issues we had. It was a big help that they had a high chair and a pak n play. The grill seemed like it was brand new! We'd definitely stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
