Our unit (half of duplex) is directly on the sand with 1200 sqft of beach to call your own. You have an unobstructed view of the surf! A neighboring sea wall provides great wind protection so you can play in the sand all day. It doesn't get better than this!
The front bedroom has a comfy queen bed that looks right on to the ocean. The back bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the hills and acess to the bathroom. Perfect as a kids bedroom or extra sleeping.
The kitchen and bath have just been remodeled so all is clean and bright. All new paint and tile flooring, too!
Maximums - 6 people during the day/4 at night - NO EXCEPTIONS! No Parties - No Large Groups.
Minimums - 4 nights October - May, Weeks only June - September
