Very comfortable home. We were visiting Tulsa to watch our son play baseball for the Tulsa Drillers. We enjoyed it so much. We were able to cook, bbq, play cards and just relax in the comfort of this cute home instead of the treaded motel. Thanks David for the cake!!!

My siblings were searching for a place to stay in Tulsa as we had decided on this city for our annual reunion. After discovering VRBO we found this house. It is as it is represented. We especially enjoyed the patio. We would be gone during the day seeing the sights. In late afternoon & evening it was so pleasant to sit there and visit. When we decide to come back to Tulsa we will be wanting to utilize this property. Also I would certainly recommend it.

I was thrilled to find this fabulous rental. It was the perfect place for me and my family to stay while visiting Tulsa. With two living rooms and a spacious layout my large family was very comfortable. Great location, several nearby stores, close to airport.... an all around top find! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental at a reasonable price in the Tulsa area.

We had our family stay at the house for our wedding. Clean and great place for them to hang out. Loved it and would absolutely stay again.

We rented this house for 3 days over the 4th of July weekend. It was ideal for us because we were visiting family and we have 18 month old twins and with naps and early bedtimes it was necessary for us to have a place like this so we weren't always setting up or taking down pack n plays. The house is very large. The master ibedroom is in the back of the house and is quite far from the front bedrooms which could be a blessing if you have older kids. We have video monitors so it was not an issue for us in terms of keeping an eye on our kids. The living room with the flat screen and the leather furniture was great. We were able to have my wife's whole family over for lunch on the 4th and grill out and had plenty of room for everyone and were able to utilize the nicely equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. Close to downtown, Brookside, Utica Square, Expo Center, Fairground, highways, etc. It's not far from where I used to live so I knew the area well. We plan to rent this same home in the future and as the kids get older it will be great to have the two living spaces so they can play and watch TV in one room and the adults can hang out in the other living area. It was great to have a dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, etc...all the comforts of home. The owner provided everything you really need (plates, silverware, coffee, soap, even little packets of mustard, ketchup, sugar, etc.). At the end of a long day with family and friends, it was nice to relax in a place you felt like was your own. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

This is a very roomy and comfortable home. The best feature is two living areas. This helps when your whole crew is staying for a long period of time. That way your help (or children) can have their own space for their own activities and guests.

This house was perfect for our 3-generation, mini-reunion over Easter weekend, accommodating grandparents to young adults. We hosted dinners for 12 easily in the well-equipped kitchen. The owner was very easy to work with, graciously accommodating several requsts. We found a perfect place to stay when we visit our families that live in Tulsa and will definitely stay here again.

We were pleased a second time! This was our second stay as we brought a group to the Tulsa Workshop. It had been a year but David has kept the place up very well and even added a few touches. We definitely enjoyed it and he turned us on to the best bakery in Tulsa just a few blocks away. Can't say enough how the convenience and down home feeling made our stay just what we wanted.

This was the 2nd stay at this great house. The accomodations were excellent and the owner is very helpful. He provided info on things to do in the area and turned us on to the best bakery in Tulsa -- just blocks from the house! The house not only was very comfortable and clean but also very roomy. The plus for us was it was just two blocks from the Fairgrounds where we were attending a conference. The location is perfect. There are many eating places in the area along with a Walmart within blocks. You will not go wrong in staying at this house! Don't pass this up when staying in Tulsa!

We stayed at this quint cottage recently on short notice and was very overtaken by all it has to offer. Its ideal location in a quiet old-fashion neighborhood with easy access to Tulsa airport, major shopping centers, eateries, and activities were immeasurable. The ability to go to a private home instead of a boxed in hotel room. The owner is the most friendliest person you can meet and willing to tend to any of your needs. If you plan to travel to the Tulsa area and tired of the same old boxed in hotel room, treat yourself and family to this roomy retreat. It is a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here on subsequent visits to Tulsa.

My wife's out of town family stayed here when they came down for the wedding. It was a really pleasant way for them to all be together and so much cheaper than if they'd each gotten a hotel room. The house was beautiful.

Outstanding! We stayed at the property during an event at the Tulsa Expo. It has everything one would want or need to be comfortable. It is close to many good places to eat and shop. I would recommend it to any one wanting to have a home away from home. I am already planning on booking for my next trip to Tulsa.

My daughter's wedding was last summer & the rest of the family would be coming in from out of state. I was thrilled to find VRBO and the options it offered. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and an 8 yr old and having this house was such a great solution to our needs. We had all the amenities we could ever need. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, items for clean up and even some condiments so meal preparation was so easy. The owner had put much thought into supplying everything to make our stay enjoyable & comfortable. It helped so much to have the washer & dryer plus the detergent was even supplied. We found the house exactly as pictured - very clean & welcoming. Temps were over a hundred during our stay & everyone was comfortable inside with the air conditioning. Everyone agreed it was a great experience. The groom's family also rented a VRBO house & were as pleased as we were. What a great way to go! So much better than a hotel!!

This home is GREAT!! Two living room areas. Kids watched videos in one room while adults visited in the other. Bedrooms are LARGE and the beds are very comfy. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. All my family that came over also loved the home and we are planning on returning:)

What a fantastic home! It met our needs for our Tulsa stay beyond our expectation. We came to the Tulsa Workshop at the Expo Center and it was so convenient for our group of 8 to stay at. The home is very spacious with the 2 living rooms which made the stay so enjoyable. The accomodations were very updated and the house very appealing. Thanks for making our visit to Tulsa so enjoyable! We'll be back!

We had a very nice stay in January. It was conveniently close to the Tulsa Expo Center where we were participating in auto racing. It was within walking distance. The owner made a conscious effort to stop by to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this rental.

Wow! What a treat! We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. The last 7 years we have been traveling to Tulsa for the BMX event at the Expo Center. In the past we have stayed in hotels and the holiday has been lost due to the inability of making your own dinner. We had the most relaxing time. The place is great! Very clean and the furnishing are comfortable and stylish! The owner has not left anything out. The bedding and linens are grand! The kitchen is perfect for a holiday meal. All in all a great experience and the location is perfect for the Expo Center, we walked over every day. Utica Square is right down the way. Don't miss out on this gem!

We stayed in the house for two weeks and could not have had a better time. This house is so comfortable and user friendly! We cooked every night but one (we had a birthday to celebrate and went to Utica Square - so close to the house). The stores are close (there is a great bakery a block and half away) and everything is so convenient. We have already booked the house for next year. I cannot wait to visit our "home away from home" again.

If you stay in Tulsa, I highly recommend this place! A cousin had a family reunion here in July and rather than stay in separate hotel rooms my immediate family decided to stay together in a home (we've used VRBO before for family get-togethers). Awesome choice! The home is beautifully done, the backyard is great and the owner is very nice and accomodating. My parents were very impressed and I'm happy we stayed here.

This home is a wonderful place to stay. Our families were recently in Tulsa for a week long baseball World Series. The neigborhood is quiet and perfect for a family stay. We couldn't believe how nice of a place we discovered, through VRBO. If you are needing a place to stay while in Tulsa, I would highly recommend this home, as there are no hotels that can compare to the room you have and all the modern conveniences of what this home has to offer. Do not hesitate to rent this home, you will not regret it.

I just returned home from three lovely days at this property. I was in town to attend my sisters wedding and perferred an alternative to a boring hotel room. I'm a flight attendant and just loathe staying hotels while on vacation! My father and brother were staying as well and we all absolutely LOVED it!! The home was beautifully and tastfully decorated and emmaculately clean. The beds were comfy and the sheets were nice and soft (i am SO picky about my sheets...ha), the large wall mounted flat screen T.V was very nice, and I fell in love with the italian leather sofa and chairs! I loved sitting on the back patio every morning drinking coffee and looking at all the beautiful birds. I don't see red cardinals like those in Arizona!! It is located in a charming older neighborhood where MANY of the homes have been remodeled and updated. The location is close to many local attractions. The homeowner was very warm and friendly and open to any suggestions...for example, I noticed there were a few kitchen utensils I needed but were unavailable (the owner is still in the process of adding items to the property). I mentioned the items to him when he stopped by to make sure everything was going well (it WAS!!), and later that afternoon, all the items and a few extras magically appeared in the kitchen drawers! I was very impressed. I will most definitely stay at this property again!!
