Enjoy a special location on Catalina Island in the wonderful walk able town of Avalon. Avalon is a quaint town of one square mile that has a delightful European/walkable ambience.
We are located a short distance up a gentle hill from the waterfront. We have a view of the ocean and experience wonderful ocean breezes. We have the unusual amenity of size!
Most Avalon properties are small [less than 1000 square feet], but our three bedroom home has approximately 1500 square feet with a large living room, ample dining room, large kitchen, a huge master bedroom and a comfortable second bedroom. The third bedroom with the bunk beds is small.
We try to have amenities available so that you can just bring your clothes, and then relax and have a great time.
