Avalon is a quaint town of one square mile that has a delightful European/walk able ambience. We are located a short distance up a gentle hill from the waterfront. We have a view of the ocean and experience wonderful ocean breezes. We have the unusual amenity of size! Most Avalon properties are small [less than 1000 square feet], but our three bedroom home has approximately 1500 square feet with a large living room, ample dining room, large kitchen, a huge master bedroom and a comfortable second bedroom. The third bedroom is small. We try to have amenities available so that you can just bring your clothes, and then relax and have a great time.

We rent only by the month [30 day periods]
However, our rates are competitively priced that if you stay with us for
10 days, it is a bargain for Avalon.
Some guest MAY choose to 'share' the rental with a friend or a relative.
This can bring the rental down to an extremely economical level.
Rental agreements will only be written for a 30 day time frame
