The property also has a completely separate guest house that is fully self sufficient with its own toilet and shower again finished in Italian tiles, with its own plasma TV and DVD making it perfect for two couples to, done in beautiful Italian tiling. The main house has original imported English limestone flooring throughout. Upstairs are two children's rooms with their own bathroom finished with antique furnishing and beautiful stone tiles.
This house has been designed to be a comfortable family home whilst allowing fantastic outdoor entertaining, perfect for a long summer evening outdoor dining. Full dinner services including plates, silver cutlery, wine glasses, linen napkins and table clothes and everything needed for sophisticated dinning. All sheets and towels are also included within the price.
There is also a covered outdoor area with day bed, perfect for reading or afternoon naps. . We also have available baby sitting and is used by the owners family. Also included in the price is the gardener who comes once a week to keep all the outdoor areas and garden in perfect order.
We also have surround sound all through the house including outside for music filled evenings. Local and long distance calls are also included as well as all utilities.
