Our new beachfront condo is now available for qualified renters seeking a wonderful vacation experience in the charming little Mexican town of Bucerias.
Directly on the waterfront, the Punta Arena 30 unit condominium complex was completed in March 2008 to the highest construction standards by the well known local developer Carlos R. Gonzalez. And what a magnificent job he has done!
Thanks to Carlos and his wonderful family and staff a few lucky people can now enjoy this area in luxury and with total peace of mind and security.
So let the gentle sounds of ocean waves and the beautiful sunsets from our magnificent 36' wide, 3rd floor balcony caress your senses after a day at the beach or in our magnificent infinity pool.
Or perhaps you played 18 holes at one of the areas beautiful golf courses, just minutes away. Or maybe you spent the day sightseeing in Puerto Vallarta just 30 minutes to the south or shopping 2 minutes from our building in Bucerias.
The evening's the time to enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. And if you want even more, take a short taxi or bus ride to Puerto Vallarta and find terrific shopping, great restaurants and exciting night life. Or why not rent a car and visit the beautiful seaside villages in the area like Sayulita.
If you prefer, many wonderful excursions are available. For example you can visit the old mining town of San Sebastien in the Sierra Madre mountains, learn how the Mexican national drink of Tequila is made, go deep sea fishing…the list goes on and on.
Unfortunately for us, we can't be here as often as we'd like...so we've decided to share this wonderful place with a few nice, respectful guests who will appreciate it as much as we do.

Amazing weather...cool in the morning and evening and just right during the day. Incredible restaurants and food within walking distance. We play golf every other day at the beautiful courses close by.

We were fortunate enough to spend the month of February in this lovely condo and hated to leave. Michael and Nathalie have done a terrific job in furnishing and decorating their home and in providing their guests with everything they could possibly need or want to make their stay comfortable. And Aggie, the property manager is a dear who will look after all your needs. It's in a prime spot in Bucerias, with shops and great restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to go back next year!
