My family stayed here recently and it was exactly what we were looking for. Good location steps to the beach and we had friends staying a block away. Beds and couch were comfy. We were very mindful of leaving food waste out so ants were a very minor annoyance because seriously this is the tropics, don't be a slob :). For the price this would be 7 stars if I could have that as an option. The owner was very easy to deal with and everything was exactly as he stated. All in all perfect and if we ever go back to the North Shore this would be the first place I'd look to rent.

My wife and I recently stayed at this condo for 4 days. Pluses: short drive to Haleiwa for restaurants and shops, short walk to a small local beach. The roof, although shared with other tenants, has really nice views for sunsets, etc. Minuses: I couldn't sleep the first night we were there due to the air conditioner was really loud in cooling mode. By opening all the windows and using a box fan I was able to sleep. My wife wasn't happy with the ants in the microwave/kitchen. Some other info: the laundry facility costs $1 a load so don't forget to pack quarters.

Recommended for:Families with young children.

We had a great time at your condo a couple of weeks ago. It worked out perfectly for the 5 of us. We found everything just as you had said. The weather was perfect, the ocean was wild, the hiking was great, the snorkeling was good even with the high surf. The best snorkeling was right there on our beach out by the pyramids. I think I was out there 5 or 6 times and saw turtles everytime. At one point I saw four of them at the same time, all swimming around this big submerged rock covered in coral. One of them was huge with a 4 foot long shell! It was pretty awesome. We saw them from the shore as well as we walked the great long beach. The Polynesian Culturral Center was fantastic and we went two days there and toured BYU-Hawaii and the beautiful Temple grounds and visitiors center. We did a lot of driving but it was worth it to stay out there on the North Shore with our beautiful views of both Monutains and Beach. We did a lot of barbequeing on the roof in the evenings. Thanks again for the place. We have some friends looking for a place to stay and we are referring them on to you.

My husband and I stayed here during the summer with our two girls (4 &8). We stayed at Waikiki the year before and we found this area to be much more tranquil and relaxing. We also saved allot of money by cooking our own food and staying out of the tourist restaurants. There is a cool little beach park one block from the rental that had a shower and a nice grassy area. The kitchen was also very modern and it obviously had to of been furnished by someone with cooking experience. I can't say enough about the location. Waialua has allot of rich history and it hasn't been overly built like most of Hawaii. My Family loved it and can't wait to come back.

We just got back. Condo worked out great. Clean & comfortable. Nice beach park - no crowds. Very convenient to other North Shore activities. Owner was very nice.

North Shore- Best kept secret on Oahu

North Shore is by far the best place to stay while visiting Oahu, Hawaii. The Condo was just like the pictures. The beach out behind the condo was full of tropical fish and many sea turtles. Our family had a great time. The condo is in a perfect spot if you dont like tourist and crowds. The view from the roof was very breath taking, with the blue ocean on one side and mountains on the other. Thanks again great hospitality.......Our family will see you next you

I stayed here from 1/26 - 1/30 with two friends! We all loved it! The place looks exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable and felt like home! We cooked many meals here and even BBQ on the roof! The view from the roof is very lovely specially whilest waking up with your morning coffee. It was a great location away from the hustle and bustle of waikiki! The owner is also very friendly to do busy with. Out of the 3 places we stayed on our trip. This condo was our favorite! Thanks a million!

This was the most amazing trips- and is one of the best places to stay for the price-- that you will find on The North Shore. My family rented the 2 bedroom condo in 2008 and we are returning in 2009. The beach is very full of sea life and is very private and clean --- the sunsets are spectacular. The condo is clean and stocked with all that you will need. We will always stay here on our Hawaii trips. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. The ultimate relaxation experience.

We had a great time, the beach condo was great and well worth it- cant beat the price. The beaches on the north shore (Waialua) are great to get away from the crowded beaches in Waikiki. The beach were the condo is if full of Sea Turtles and tropical fish. Our family wants to come and stay next year. Good People.

Our family had a great time. The Cozy beach condo had all the comforts of home and the people we very friendly. The beach out in back of the condo was great to walk on in the early mornings to see Sea turles along the shore. The mountain veiw out the front windows were very pretty. The 360 degree veiw from the rooftop deck was amazing. I will definitly go back..!
