Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We love Grand County and all it has to offer. We love not sitting in the Eisenhower Tunnel traffic, Berthoud Pass is well maintained and easy to navigate. We were looking for a place to enjoy the Colorado outdoors, not looking for glitz or glamour of Vail.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the free ski shuttle and easy acces to Winter Park/Mary Jane. We also enjoy Grand Lake; snowmobiling on our sleds in the winter, and boating in the summmer. Abundant hiking and biking trails make it easy to get out and relax. The new Fraser Valley rec center is awesome, fun for all!
