Unlike any other vacation rentals our country estate has everything and is close to all the Monterey Bay area has to offer. Relax & enjoy our 3 bedroom home with and a brand new 1 bedroom second house for the price of one!

The property is in the Corral de Tierra area, conveniently located just south of Monterey, California. A short drive to Laguna Seca, Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey Bay Aquarium and Pacific Grove, downtown Monterey is 15 minutes Google maps has it at 13.4 miles.

Our homes are on 1.3 acres all fenced in, big back and front yards with gardens. Very private with an electric gate and a ton of parking. The main house is a 2000sf two story with a balcony. One bedroom and a bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped, stove, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer, toaster and convection microwave. Stocked spice-rack everything you need with Granite counters and breakfast nook. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A 20 X 15 living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room. This home will sleep 10+ adults comfortably.

50 feet away is a new 1600SF house that has everything, fully equipped kitchen stove, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer, toaster, convection microwave and coffee maker. This home is a 1 bedroom with a 32" plasma TV, laundry room with washer and dryer. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower and double side-by-side marble sinks. The great room has a 42" wall mounted plasma TV, surround sound stereo systems w/DVD player, pool table, and a huge 1600sf patio area. A private back deck with a hot tub, 2 BBQ's and 3 beds this house will sleep 4+. Free Wi-Fi high speed wireless Internet throughout the property. RV's welcome.

Pebble Beach is a easy 16 mile drive on Highway 68 to Pebble – About 20 mins.

Pebble Beach Golf Links will once again host the U.S. Open Championship in 2010.

  • We rented this spectacular property for our son's college graduation. The combination of the two houses was perfect! The guest house is ideal for entertaining. The pool table and spa add to the amenities. There is plenty of patio area with shade, and as the evening comes white lights on the fence and main house add to the ambiance.
