The Preserve is a sanctuary surrounded by State Park which is located across the street from the beach which has a private beach walk over with 2 pools,tennis courts and fitness center. The Preserve is also conveniently located to shops, dining and outdoor activities such as water sports, fishing, golf, hiking, or bring your bicycle as the Preserve is located on a bicycle path that runs through Seaside and Watercolor there are miles to ride beside the Gulf of Mexico.
This luxurious home has 4 bedrooms 3 ½ baths, a large great room, elegant kitchen and dining area. The master suite is on the main level and has king size bed, sitting area and entertainment center. The master bath has double vanity Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs 2 with queens size beds and 1 king size bed. There are 2 full baths upstairs. There is a sleeper sofa on the main level in the great room.
