Our top floor, fourth story, 14 foot cathedral ceiling condominium is bright and beautiful and overlooks the 10th fairway of the Plantation Golf and Country Club. The elevator is just a few steps from our door! Venice is a quaint and tranquil town located midway between Sarasota and Fort Myers on the gulf.

·We are a top floor unit of a four-story building with an elevator within steps of our condo.
·The elevator makes access easy for all.
·Step out onto the lanai and witness a spectacular view of the 10th fairway of the prestigious Plantation Golf and Country Club.
·We have a social membership at the club that allows you access to the restaurant in the grand clubhouse, tennis courts, junior-Olympic size swimming pool (it's big!), spa, and state-of-art fitness center. You also have limited golf privileges. All of these amenities are within easy walking distance from the condominium.
·Beaches and restaurants are just a 10 to 15 minute drive from our condo. I enjoy eating at Sharky's!
·Our home is fully furnished and includes a 14 foot cathedral ceiling in the living room, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms which sleeps six with our new queen size pullout sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.

Why the Owner Chose The Fairways
My wife's parents purchased this condo brand new several years ago. During that time we have enjoyed visiting them during spring vacation. Last year we bought the condo from her mom. Venice is a great city to vacation in. We enjoy the area golf courses including the Plantation Golf and Country Club where we have a social membership. (Renters can use the social membership for a small fee paid to the country club.) We also enjoy going to area beaches and restaurants. You won't be disappointed should you decide to rent our home.

Our condo experience here was much better than expected. Great location close to everything - shopping, restaurants & beaches. Our landlord was exceptional to deal with - every inquiry was promptly addressed. We plan on staying here again next year!!!

We stayed at Mike & Nancy's condo in Nov 09. This was our first visit to Florida & we greatly enjoyed the experience. The condo was luxurious, had everything we needed and was very conveniently located. We swam in the adjacent pool, borrowed books from the clubhouse, watched world golf on Mike's TV, played bridge with other residents & joined in the Venice festival carnival. We had a great time. We temporarily joined the Plantation CC but found that we didn't use it. We played golf most days & there are so many interesting courses around that the manicured parklands of Plantation didn't excite us. Would highly recommend the area and the condo to everyone.

This was our first we stayed in FL or a month. The condo was perfect for our needs and the location was great. The time flew by with all the things to do in the area. We took advantage of the social club membership. Mike was attentive to all our needs.

My wife and I stayed in the Gervaise condo from January 1-March 31. We have stayed in the Plantation for the past several years and have found it very pleasant and the residents and visitors are very cordial and go out of their way to be engaging. Gervaise's condo is really very comfortable and has everything we wanted or needed for our stay. The condo is conveniently near the elevator all the amenities are top notch.The social membership to the Golf and country club adds opportunities to make numerous mutually rewarding friendships. Mike description in the web site is very accurate and complete. We know that any renter would be exceptionally satisfied with the condo. Mike made occasional contacts with us to insure that everything was satisfactory. We welcome telephone contact.
