Within this brand new luxurious 3500 square foot Crested Butte rental you can enjoy all the comforts of home and create an excellent vacation. 700 feet from the slopes with an easy glide to the Silver Queen lift. Ski-in ski-out requires intermediate level skiing and above. Wake up, surrounded by the snowcapped fourteener mountains, situated in one of the most beautiful places in the world. the location is almost unbeatable. Built in 2008, the house can comfortably sleep 10-12 people with its four fully furnished rooms, each with king sized bed, full access to wireless Hi-speed internet and good cell phone reception. If you are looking to relax in comfort after a day spent on the mountain, This house is equipped with a gas fireplaceas well as Direct TV.
The master bedroom, on the main level, is spacious and hosts a king size bed beautifully draped in fine linens. The room is well lit with truly spectacular views of the mountains. The master bath is stocked with linens and has a large double headed shower.
When you walk into the main floor of the house, you are greeted by “The Great Room”, a large living room, dining room and kitchen. Here you will find it easy to relax with comfortable leather seating, a large flat-screen television and an Xbox 360 for those days you just want to stay in. The dining room table easily will seat 10 adults, and additional seating is provided at the bar. The large open fully equipped kitchen is built for entertaining, and incorporates a modern mountain style with granite counter tops. With exits onto 2 of the houses 3 decks, you can find some of the most beautiful views in the Rocky Mountains. In addition to the master bedroom, the main floor hosts the “Junior Master Suite”, which also contains a King-size bed, and is situated next to its own full bathroom. Up the spiral staircase is the loft which is the general kid area. There are two sets of bunk beds and it's own bathroom.
On the lower level, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a large full bath. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep 2 in their own king-size beds. Both of the two bedrooms include their own walk-in closet and easy access to a private deck facing the incredible mountain sunset.
For those who haven’t visited Crested Butte before, the area is littered with activities both in the Summer and Winter. Whether you’re out for some of the nations best skiing or snowboarding or
you are on a summer mountain biking adventure. You are guaranteed to find something that will spark your interest. The town itself has a rich history and is considered one of Colorado’s top vacation destinations.
