Welcome to paradise. If you like the beach, you will love our condo. The condo is located directly on the beach with nothing but sand and ocean as your back yard. When you come down the stairs, you can either step into the pool or onto the sand of one of the largest beaches in South Florida.
It has just been completely renovated with brand new furnishings. It has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress. It also has a brand new leather, queen size sofa sleeper. The bathroom has a porcelain tile shower. There is an ocean view from the living room window, the dining area window and the front door. The kitchen has all new appliances with all the amenities. The floors have new ceramic tile. There are 2 LCD HDTVs. One in the bedroom area and one in the living room.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor of a quaint Florida 4 story building with only 12 units. This is not your ordinary studio condominium. Walk up the beach to a tiki bar or a fine steak and seafood restaurant, with live entertainment. Wake up to beautiful sunrises. Lots of restaurants of all varieties and price ranges nearby. Hillsbourough inlet and lighthouse is just up the beach and Pompano fishing pier just to the south. I was told it was the only working lighthouse in Florida. Deep-sea fishing and scuba diving just 1/2 mile north. Party boats and 1/2 or full day private charters are available. Buy fresh fish when the boats come back in. Shopping of all types, outlet malls, flea markets, high end shops and malls. Go to the everglades for alligator farms, swamp buggy and airboat rides. All types of sporting events and gambling are nearby.
