We brought the Sou'Wester back two years ago after a 3 year hiatus and we have had two great and wonderful years! Thank You! In the past it had a two year summer waiting list and now you have the opportunity to get a head start planning your perfect vacation. Located in historic West Point in Phippsburg you will enjoy a quiet vacation in a beautiful setting. Enjoy watching the ocean and harbor from our wrap around deck, balcony and Widow's Walk. Stroll down to Cat Cove to swim and explore the tide pools. From here you can launch your boat or sea kayaks to explore nearby islands. Or fish from these vantage points where you are sure to catch some fish for your evening dinner. Be sure to keep a look out for eagles, loons and seals. Take a short walk and buy your lobster right off the dock for the perfect setting to anyone's lobster or clam bake. Located near Popham Beach, Sebasco Resort and Bath. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and it sleeps 8 comfortably. There are several units available so please just ask and we will be happy to tell you all about them. We have plenty of entertaining space for large gatherings. This is the ideal location for a family reunion.
