Punta Arena Unit #1B - We have named our condo "Beach Life" - "Playa Vida"... Enjoy our luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleep 6 total - 3 per room.
Located on the first floor which is elevated for a better view. It is brand new construction with granite counter tops & marble floors. The only thing that separates you from the spectacular beach, is the awesome infinity pool. This condo has a very large patio with 2 sitting areas. A/C is provided, but never needed because of the ocean breeze that is present when the patio doors are open. These doors open 100% to create a complete open air living area. You can go to sleep & wake up with the relaxing sound of the surf.
This condo is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom....That sleeps 6 people.....Almost 1600 sq feet.
Very spacious & open with lots of closet space.
This is a family friendly property. Beach & pool toys, are there for your enjoyment. Clean bottled drinking water is provided, as well as this complex has it's own water purification system.
We have 2 TV's, both with DVD players, along with 30+ movies for adults & children.
We do have FREE wifi access in our condo.
This brand new complex also has a security gate, elevators, & the only onsite fitness center in Bucerias.
It is within walking distance to everything. Coffee house with free Wi-Fi , small corner store across the street. As well as one of the most popular restaurants is right next door. Claudio's at Meson Bay. Monday night is all you can eat seafood... Wednesday is all you can eat BBQ, with potato & salad bar for $14...& Friday is Mexican food with all you can drink Margaritas for only $20.
This condo is located in Bucerias. Only 20 min. north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Bucerias is a less expensive, more authentic alternative to the big city. Quaint, quiet & safe, Bucerias has everything that you need. Many restaurants, great shopping & even a few spas for a massage. Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Most of the area business people can converse easily with you & the other visitors to this area.
Our property manager lives in Bucerias & is only a phone call away with any concerns or questions.
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm & hold your dates.
A $300 "refundable" security deposit is required with your 2nd payment....& we will be promptly refunded with an approved check out from our property manager.

Our stay at Punta Arena was unforgettable. It started with Lisa answering all my questions and it finished as we longfully looked over our shoulders as we passed through the front gate on our way home. Punta Arena is the best building in Bucerias and I've stayed at three different places now. I don't have to look for accomodations anymore in Bucerias. This is the place to go. The pool is amazing, the loungers are comfortable, the view is second to none, even the onsite property manager is perfect. Everything works. If all vacations could be like this then there would only be one place to visit. This is it!

We just returned from Mexico where we spent part of our time at your lovely condo in Punta Arena with our two teenage boys. This was the perfect spot and our only regret was that we didn't stay here longer. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch as our boys swam in the pool or played in the ocean. We loved walkign along the beach and even walked to the next town over on the beach! The management was wonderful. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

Gorgeous place located in Bucerias waterfront, no need to leave for any reason. Lisa made it really easy for us coordinating our stay. We stayed for a whole week and can't wait to return. Property well maintained, good vibe, friendly residents, and good seafood restaurant located right next door...the server will even come to service you by the pool...my 3 yrs. old had so much fun, kid toys & movies available...Perfect balcony for sunset watchers...Will definitely return. Property mgrs. were very friendly.

We just returned from a week at "Beach Life" and can't wait to go back! The location and accomodations wer incredible. We fell in love with the Bucerias area and people. This was considered "low season" but we enjoyed all there was to offer ... the weather was perfect for us, warm enough each day to enjoy the water, poolside or oceanside. Best street tacos ever! The condo itself was so luxurious and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our entire family, and we loved being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. And it was great to be able to walk just 5 minutes to a fabulous $20/hr massage that straightened out any traveler's back issues. Thanks Todd and Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

After 3 previous in Bucerias, this was our first stay at Punta Arena. The condo was everything we were looking for and more. The views of the ocean and pool from every room made it hard to come home. Todd and Lisa were great to deal with when making arrangements for our stay. The minute walk to the central square made it easy to enjoy the sights and sounds of Bucerias.

Great place to stay, going back next year. Everything was FIRST CLASS!!!!!!!!!!! Owners were very helpful in providing information and suggestions. Don't miss the Day Sail, book with Scott out the front dor of Punta Arena. Didn't see a cloud all week. Great location.

You are in good hands staying in Lisa and Todd's condo; from the beginning of my research to finding the perfect spot, Lisa was there for me. She was so responsive and full of great information that it made making our decision very easy. First off, the condo is great; very spacious and with a spectacular view of the ocean, pool, and beach. The pool is the BEST! My kids, ages 7 & 5, lived in the pool. The pool isn't too deep, and yet, is long enough to get away from the action if needed or do laps. I loved sitting by the pool because it was so close to the beach that I felt like I was almost on the beach, but without the sand:). The town is very easy to get around with fun art galleries and nice restaurants. We rented a car (Gecko -$60 for the day) and drove to Sayulita; very nice and easy. Bucerias was definitely a trip to remember! Thanks for everything Lisa and Todd!

By far the best vacation spot ever! The pictures don't do this condo justice. My heart stopped when I walked into this place. The deck is amazing, I got the best sleep ever by being able to open the doors and let the waves put me into a wonderful slumber. Bucerias was the most amazing little town and the drive to Puerto Vallarta was not bad at all. I cannot wait to go back.
