Punta Arena Unit #1B - We have named our condo "Beach Life" - "Playa Vida"... Enjoy our luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Located on the first floor which is elevated for a better view. It is brand new construction with granite counter tops & marble floors. The only thing that separates you from the spectacular beach, is the awesome infinity pool. This condo has a very large patio with 2 sitting areas. A/C is provided, but never needed because of the ocean breeze that is present when the patio doors are open. These doors open 100% to create a complete open air living area. You can go to sleep & wake up with the relaxing sound of the surf.

This condo is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom....That sleeps 6-7 people.....Almost 1600 sq feet.

Very spacious & open with lots of closet space.

This is a family friendly property. Beach & pool toys, along with boogie boards are there for your enjoyment. Clean bottled drinking water is provided, as well as this complex has it's own water purification system.

This brand new complex also has a security gate, elevators, & the only onsite fitness center in Bucerias.

It is within walking distance to everything. Coffee house with free Wi-Fi , massage therapist & small corner store across the street. As well as one of the most popular restaurants is right next door. Claudio's at Meson Bay. Monday night is all you can eat seafood... Wednesday is all you can eat BBQ, with potato & salad bar for $14...& Friday is Mexican food with all you can drink Margaritas for only $20.

This condo is located in Bucerias. Only 20 min. north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Bucerias is a less expensive, more authentic alternative to the big city. Quaint, quiet & safe, Bucerias has everything that you need. Many restaurants, great shopping & even a few spas for a massage. Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Most of the area business people can converse easily with you & the other visitors to this area.

Our property manager lives in Bucerias & she is only a phone call away with any concerns or questions.

A 50% Deposit is required to confirm & hold your dates.

Also....a $300 "refundable" security deposit is required with your 2nd payment....& we will be promptly refunded with an approved check out from our property manager.

3% / 4% paypal fee will be paid by the renter, not the owner.

  • By far the best vacation spot ever! The pictures don't do this condo justice. My heart stopped when I walked into this place. The deck is amazing, I got the best sleep ever by being able to open the doors and let the waves put me into a wonderful slumber. Bucerias was the most amazing little town and the drive to Puerto Vallarta was not bad at all. I cannot wait to go back.

  • The condo was fantastic, no surprises, you get the greatness the pictures show. We were able to catch the local bus nearby and ride it all the way to Puerto Vallarta for a day in the city (my 5 year old daughter loved it). The locals in Bucerias were very friendly and you don't want to miss the Sunday market!

  • We stayed in this condo during February and had an amazing time. This building is so well designed that I can honestly say that pictures don't do justice. People walking by would often stare at it and even take pictures! It also has an excellent location, we could walk everywhere and buy all we need in the stores and restaurants close by. The pool is big and both the condo and Bucerias are a great place to bring little ones. This particular condo had all sort of toys for our kids and 2 boogie boards that we used every day, it was great fun. I definitely recommend this place. One more thing: food is amazing, and there is everything from tacos to gourmet restaurants very inexpensive. Met really nice people, I hope I go back!

  • We shared your 2 bedroom condo with close friends and we all completely loved and enjoyed our stay. In addition to being on the beach, we found the accessibility to really good restaurants nearby a big plus. I'm sure we will be there again one day.

  • This was our first family trip to Mexico and to Bucerias with our three young children. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. The view was amazing at any time during the day and evening. The pool was beautiful & perfect for day after day leisure and if we needed sand and surf, the beach was steps away. We highly recommend this unit and we look forward to visiting again!

  • We absolutely loved our stay in Bucerias. The condo was very spacious with huge sliding doors allowing the ocean waves to put us to sleep each night. The terrace as a great place to watch the evening sunset. We LOVED the pool. It was perfect for kids and adults. We spent a lot of time pool-side looking out onto the beach. Walks on the beach and boogie boarding in the ocean was great. I agree the little town of Bucerias was much more enjoyable than Puerto Vallarta!

  • MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THIS GREAT CONDO FOR ONE WEEK. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN JUST WALKING THE BEACH. ALSO JUST WALKING AROUND THE TOWN SEACHING FOR ALL THE HIDDEN PLACES TO ENTERTAIN US.NO CHARGE FOR ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT JUST SITTING ON THE DECK WATCHING ALL THE PEOPLE DOING EVERYTHING FROM SWIMMING TO SAIL SURFING!!!   • We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mexico in this luxury beach front condo. We loved the the open design and spacious balcony. The sunsets are spectacular. The pool area and grounds are gorgeous. Pool below you, beach in front of you. We especially liked the town of Bucerias. It is much less commercial than Puerto Vallarta. The condo is equipped with many extras to help you make the most of your time in Mexico. Lisa, the owner, is very knowledgeable about the area, and accessible by phone or email I definitely recommend this one. I hope to have a long term relationship with owner.

    This is a comment from another couple who visited in Nov. 2008 ----------------------- My experience was wonderful staying at this relaxing exicting place. My boyfriend and I love the Infinity Pool which was so clean and well maintained. The beautiful morning walks down the beach, and the special resterant next to the complex that was so close with great food and drinks. I would like to visit again very soon with friends to enjoy this wonderful experience we had. The Fletcher's are great to work with and have vast knowledge of the area.
