Our stay at Punta Arena was unforgettable. It started with Lisa answering all my questions and it finished as we longfully looked over our shoulders as we passed through the front gate on our way home. Punta Arena is the best building in Bucerias and I've stayed at three different places now. I don't have to look for accomodations anymore in Bucerias. This is the place to go. The pool is amazing, the loungers are comfortable, the view is second to none, even the onsite property manager is perfect. Everything works. If all vacations could be like this then there would only be one place to visit. This is it!

We just returned from Mexico where we spent part of our time at your lovely condo in Punta Arena with our two teenage boys. This was the perfect spot and our only regret was that we didn't stay here longer. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch as our boys swam in the pool or played in the ocean. We loved walkign along the beach and even walked to the next town over on the beach! The management was wonderful. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

Gorgeous place located in Bucerias waterfront, no need to leave for any reason. Lisa made it really easy for us coordinating our stay. We stayed for a whole week and can't wait to return. Property well maintained, good vibe, friendly residents, and good seafood restaurant located right next door...the server will even come to service you by the pool...my 3 yrs. old had so much fun, kid toys & movies available...Perfect balcony for sunset watchers...Will definitely return. Property mgrs. were very friendly.

We just returned from a week at "Beach Life" and can't wait to go back! The location and accomodations wer incredible. We fell in love with the Bucerias area and people. This was considered "low season" but we enjoyed all there was to offer ... the weather was perfect for us, warm enough each day to enjoy the water, poolside or oceanside. Best street tacos ever! The condo itself was so luxurious and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our entire family, and we loved being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. And it was great to be able to walk just 5 minutes to a fabulous $20/hr massage that straightened out any traveler's back issues. Thanks Todd and Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

After 3 previous in Bucerias, this was our first stay at Punta Arena. The condo was everything we were looking for and more. The views of the ocean and pool from every room made it hard to come home. Todd and Lisa were great to deal with when making arrangements for our stay. The minute walk to the central square made it easy to enjoy the sights and sounds of Bucerias.

Great place to stay, going back next year. Everything was FIRST CLASS!!!!!!!!!!! Owners were very helpful in providing information and suggestions. Don't miss the Day Sail, book with Scott out the front dor of Punta Arena. Didn't see a cloud all week. Great location.

You are in good hands staying in Lisa and Todd's condo; from the beginning of my research to finding the perfect spot, Lisa was there for me. She was so responsive and full of great information that it made making our decision very easy. First off, the condo is great; very spacious and with a spectacular view of the ocean, pool, and beach. The pool is the BEST! My kids, ages 7 & 5, lived in the pool. The pool isn't too deep, and yet, is long enough to get away from the action if needed or do laps. I loved sitting by the pool because it was so close to the beach that I felt like I was almost on the beach, but without the sand:). The town is very easy to get around with fun art galleries and nice restaurants. We rented a car (Gecko -$60 for the day) and drove to Sayulita; very nice and easy. Bucerias was definitely a trip to remember! Thanks for everything Lisa and Todd!

By far the best vacation spot ever! The pictures don't do this condo justice. My heart stopped when I walked into this place. The deck is amazing, I got the best sleep ever by being able to open the doors and let the waves put me into a wonderful slumber. Bucerias was the most amazing little town and the drive to Puerto Vallarta was not bad at all. I cannot wait to go back.

The condo was fantastic, no surprises, you get the greatness the pictures show. We were able to catch the local bus nearby and ride it all the way to Puerto Vallarta for a day in the city (my 5 year old daughter loved it). The locals in Bucerias were very friendly and you don't want to miss the Sunday market!

We stayed in this condo during February and had an amazing time. This building is so well designed that I can honestly say that pictures don't do justice. People walking by would often stare at it and even take pictures! It also has an excellent location, we could walk everywhere and buy all we need in the stores and restaurants close by. The pool is big and both the condo and Bucerias are a great place to bring little ones. This particular condo had all sort of toys for our kids and 2 boogie boards that we used every day, it was great fun. I definitely recommend this place. One more thing: food is amazing, and there is everything from tacos to gourmet restaurants very inexpensive. Met really nice people, I hope I go back!

This was our first family trip to Mexico and to Bucerias with our three young children. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. The view was amazing at any time during the day and evening. The pool was beautiful & perfect for day after day leisure and if we needed sand and surf, the beach was steps away. We highly recommend this unit and we look forward to visiting again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Bucerias. The condo was very spacious with huge sliding doors allowing the ocean waves to put us to sleep each night. The terrace as a great place to watch the evening sunset. We LOVED the pool. It was perfect for kids and adults. We spent a lot of time pool-side looking out onto the beach. Walks on the beach and boogie boarding in the ocean was great. I agree the little town of Bucerias was much more enjoyable than Puerto Vallarta!

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THIS GREAT CONDO FOR ONE WEEK. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN JUST WALKING THE BEACH. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mexico in this luxury beach front condo. We loved the the open design and spacious balcony. The sunsets are spectacular. The pool area and grounds are gorgeous. Pool below you, beach in front of you. We especially liked the town of Bucerias. It is much less commercial than Puerto Vallarta. The condo is equipped with many extras to help you make the most of your time in Mexico. Lisa, the owner, is very knowledgeable about the area, and accessible by phone or email I definitely recommend this one. I hope to have a long term relationship with owner.

My boyfriend and I love the Infinity Pool which was so clean and well maintained. The beautiful morning walks down the beach, and the special resterant next to the complex that was so close with great food and drinks. I would like to visit again very soon with friends to enjoy this wonderful experience we had. The Fletcher's are great to work with and have vast knowledge of the area.
