Luxuriate in two large, bedroom suites, each furnished with two, comfortable, double beds, fine linens, Persian carpets laid over porcelain tile floors with Hawaiian quilt tile accents - each with spectacular mountain views from their comfortable sitting areas.
Each suite has a private bath with a shower tub, hair dryer, lots of fluffy towels and a shower dispenser with Avon shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
The private suites share, via double French doors, a common eating /kitchenette area to enjoy morning coffee and continental style breakfast fixings or an afternoon snack and a refreshing, cold drink.
Each suite includes a flat screen television with DVD/VHS player, clock radio and CD player. Open sliding glass doors and windows and enjoy a cooling breeze or enjoy the air-conditioning on warmer days.
There is a comfortable reception gallery with garden and mountain views. Enjoy a conversation, music, a good book, magazine or game or access to the internet via a Macintosh iMac. Meditate in the small, private, orchid garden just off the gallery.
Borrow a Video, DVD, Hawaiian CD and/or book from the reception gallery library for a quiet afternoon or evening in your suite.
You will find a welcome basket which includes assorted muffins, breads, coffee and tea, fruit and afternoon treats. The West Wing Mauka and Makai Suites share a pleasant eating area and well stocked kitchenette with an under counter refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender and even a dishwasher.
Wander the park-like setting amidst Breadfruit, Kamani, Kou, Milo, Jackfruit, Golden African Tulip and 100 year old Lychee and Mango trees. You'll find a host of tropical flowers including Bird of Paradise, Heliconias, Red, Pink, Torch, Blue, Shell and Crepe Gingers, Gardenias, Plumerias, Spider lilies, Ilima, Orchids, Roses and many more.
Pause to enjoy the view or read a book from one of the benches placed along the walking paths or find a private nook or garden art surprises. Bird watch and see Mynahs, Shama and Java Finches, Cardinals, Egrets, Doves, Parrots and even the occasional Peacock.
Ample parking behind electric security gates and the loan of a gate opener during your stay. Plus, shy, but occasionally willing cats to pet, or not. The West Wing is off limits to them.
