Our luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath Mediterranean-style lakefront vacation home located within walking distance of the Terra Verde clubhouse, is an ideal place to stay for a party of 8 to 10.
The spacious family room contains a flat screen HDTV with cable. You can watch a movie on the DVD player, or play games on the PS2 video game console. Board and card games are provided for an evening of family entertainment. The home has free Wi-Fi high-speed wireless internet access, so bring your Wi-Fi enabled devices to surf the net.
The family room has large sliding doors that open out to the screened patio of the pool area, which is provided with a removable child safety fence for added protection for our young guests. After a long day, you can take a quiet evening dip in our private, optionally heated pool, or just relax on the pool loungers enjoying the sunset.
Sleeping accommodation at 'AmAn' is planned for guests from 8 to 10. A downstairs bedroom for the less abled contains a Queen bed, nightstands with lamps, a clock/radio/alarm, and a dresser with TV. The adjacent full bathroom has a vanity basin, a shower/bathtub, a hair dryer and a private toilet.
The upstairs comprises a master bedroom containing a queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, dresser with TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity basin, a shower stall, a hair dryer and a private toilet. The two twin bedrooms are perfect for the children in the party. Both are equipped with a nightstand, and a shared full bathroom adjacent to both.
The full kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. There is a separate dining area for you to enjoy meals together. Bedding, linen, and towels are provided for your use. Our centrally air-conditioned home offers all the features you require for your comfort during your stay in central Florida.
A Tikki Bar, massage service, a spa, playground for various sports, and an arcade are also available in the Terra Verde resort clubhouse. The resort is near enough to DisneyWorld, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Guests at the resort can be in DisneyWorld in 12 minutes. If you are travelling with children, you won't hear 'Are we there yet?'!!
The amenities provided are what you would expect of a 5-star hotel, but with the added space and privacy of your own home.
