We spent the week of Christmas 2010 here and just really enjoyed it. We have 2 children and 1 dog and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time up on the rooftop deck. The price was unbeatable and the nearby restaurants had awesome food! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family and I would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great house if you like to walk, fish,be close to the beach and bring Fido. It is convenient to many things and you can walk to restaurants. The Jetty Park is close by and also the ocean. The house has comfy beds and they include the linens. We didn't have good sit in the sun weather since we were there in Feb. 2010, the coldest weather we have seen in quite some time, but when it warms up it has great porches and sundecks.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was superb! The house was really neat and the general area a beautiful place. The price was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. We truly enjoyed staying at this property in August 2009 - our family from Europe was excited with this charming Florida house and the laid-back atmosphere in the area. The long beautiful beach was just a short walk away, weather was awesome, ocean warm and strong, owners and neighbors were very friendly and helpful, house had plenty of room for 6 of us with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant private vacation time. We actually even stayed longer than originally planned since we liked it so much. I would recommend this property to anybody who likes peaceful environment with an interesting and beautiful nature around.
