New Sterling Breeze upscale condo right on the ocean! Sterling Breeze is a new beach front highrise resort in Panama City Beach Florida, creating a whole new category of ultra-luxury condominiums. We are on the 17th floor with panaramic beach/ocean views located right next to the new tropically designed outdoor mall, Pier Park!

Our condominium has 2 beautiful master suites with adjoining baths. There is a charming bunkroom with a 3rd full bath. The condo is beautifully decorated by Palette Coastal Designs in the highest quality furnishings that are a casual blend of woods, woven materials and aged hardware. The color schemes represent peaceful browns, serene blues, cheerful greens and sophisticated neutrals creating harmony and unity within each space. The condo is equipped with a full-size stainless gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, washer & dryer, flat screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms, cable TV, DVD players and/or VCRs, linens & towels, and upgraded ceramic floor tile in the entry foyers, hallway, kitchen, living room and all 3 bathrooms. We have stayed in numerous other resorts in Panama City over the last 10 years but none compare to your condo. "Breath taking" doesn't come close to doing it justice. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! Sterling Breeze was the perfect place for our vacation - not too large, very clean, courteous staff, beautiful amenities and a very clean beachfront.   • This UPSCALE condo is BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN, comfortable and conveniently located (can walk to Pier Park)on the family-oriented, quiet west end of PCB. The kitchen (granite/stainless steel) is large and has plenty of seating and is well equipped. The bedrooms (master-king bed) are roomy with comfortable bedding (even the bunks)and TV's. The master bath is huge with double sinks and walk-in tiled shower. Hair dryers are provided in every bath. The washer and dryer were very handy. The elevators are high speed--no waiting even during Spring Break. The beachfront view is beautiful and the pool is large, heated and has plenty of seating and very nice poolside bar. Parking is convenient in the garage across the street with covered walkway. Keypad entry to condo eliminated waiting for check-in and fumbling for keys. Terry was easy to work with and returned our deposit in a timely manner. Internet access was great and our kids loved the free movie rentals, too! Great place to stay in PCB for a relaxing, family-oriented beach vacation!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at the resort. Richard had great luck fishing from the beach as well. We'd love to come back next year!

  • What a great place! Beautifully decorated-modern furnishings and appliances. A roomy balcony that provides sunrise to sunset views of the gulf. My favorite was the giant walk-in shower in the master bath-joe enjoyed the large plasma tv in the living room. The work-out facility has top-of-the- line equipment; and another ocean view. The pool and hot tub are must do activities. The pool is heated, so swimming on december 31st was also a treat! We would definitely stay again. If you like to golf, Bay Point has 2 nice courses that aren't too jammed up. For tennis, head to the clay at Rosemary Beach or Watercolor. Dusty's across the street has great oysters. Boondocks has a great view and awesome fried pickles. But a MUST is Seaside and Bud & Alley's(rooftop)- have at least one order of yam fries!. Rent a bike or hit the beach. Take the drive along 30A instead of 98-shorter and much more scenic. Also a must is a few hours at Camp Helen State Park roaming the white beach for shells. We loved it! Thanks Terry!
