This is a beautifully decorated and furnished, recently remodeled home located in the most desirable part of Cape Coral. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just off Agualinda Blvd. on the far Western side of the Cape.
This spacious 2100 sq. ft. house is at the intersection of 3 canals, with an absolutely gorgeous Southern view down one of the canals from the screened Lanai. The Lanai can be accessed from 2 sets of French Doors in the Living Room, the private entrance via a pocket sliding door from the Master Bedroom, the pass-through kitchen window, a pocket sliding door in the Family Room, the Pool Bath, or the private entrance via Guest Bedroom #1, another pocket sliding door. The spacious Lanai has plenty of room to relax around the heated pool, spa, and waterfall!
Cape Coral boasts an average of 335 days of sunshine a year, so we know you won't be spending much time inside. However, everyone needs to come in from the sun once in a while, so here's a taste of what you'll enjoy in the house. The large King Size Master Suite has 2 large walk-in closets, large TV with DVD player, sliding door to Lanai, terrific view of the canals, private bath with separate toilet, walk-in shower, Jacuzzi jetted bath and 2 large wash basins. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed, large walk-in closet, TV with DVD player, and a sliding door to Lanai (with views across the pool area and waterfall). Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin Beds, a TV with DVD player, and a large walk-in closet. The Pool Bath is located across from this bedroom and has a wash basin, toilet, tub/shower, and a large linen closet.
The spacious kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a large window with a great view of the canal and pool area, and a bar area on the opposite side of the window so food can be passed through to the Lanai. Adjacent to the Kitchen is an informal Dining Area, and the Family Room. This smaller sized room has a cozy atmosphere to it with the real wood burning fireplace, and a reclining sofa and loveseat duo! On the opposite side of the Kitchen is the Living Room, which has the 2 French Doors to the Lanai, a large TV with VCR/DVD player, stereo system, and plenty of seats to all watch the television, or the sunset over the canals! From the attached garage, you can enter the house via the laundry room, with included washer and dryer, and a floor to ceiling pantry.
