Blue Bell Cottage is your beach home away from home, featuring spacious and well-appointed rooms, 10 foot ceilings with crown molding, gorgeous hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen and a screened wraparound porch. And you'll be just minutes from the sugar white sands and crystal green waters of the Emerald Coast, as well as the funky bars and restaurants of Grayton Beach and the world-famous shopping and dining of Seaside and Watercolor.
Our house is built for comfort, starting with the spacious bedrooms. You'll find one bedroom on the first floor, with a queen sized bed and adjoining full bath. The huge master suite is upstairs, with a king sized bed and its own master bath with full tub and separate walk-in shower. The second floor also features a bedroom with twin beds and a bunkroom with four built-in bunks. These rooms share a full bath. All rooms have ten-foot ceilings and all except the bunkroom have separate access to the wrap-around porches.
The comfort doesn't stop there. There's the big living room with lots of comfy seating and a flat screen cable TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped to make any chef proud, and sports granite counters and stainless steel appliances. And outside there's a screened wrap-around porch on the first floor, with lots of tables and chairs for sitting, reading and dining. And we have high speed Wi-Fi!
Our neighborhood offers plenty of activities when you need break from the beach. We have two community pools (heated in the early spring), tennis courts and two clubhouses with ping pong and other fun diversions. And our house abuts the state forest that surrounds the neighborhood, meaning you have tons of privacy.

We rented this home during the 2010 4th of July week and had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful home and worked well for our family. The screened in porch worked well for a couple of rainy days that we had and we enjoyed sitting on both of the open porches as well. The kitchen was well equipped and it wasn't far from the beach. Despite all of the oil happenings our beaches were fine. Would definitely be interested in renting it again. Thanks!
