If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable spot to enjoy a beach vacation, you've found it. Blue Bell Cottage is nestled against the state forest in the Preserve at Grayton Beach, a gated neighborhood with its own deeded private beach access.
Whether it's families traveling together or just a couple looking for a quiet week away, Blue Bell Cottage will meet your needs. On the first floor, you'll find the queen bedroom, 1-1/2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining area and laundry room. The master suite is on the second floor, along with another bedroom with two twin beds and a great bunkroom that's ideal for kids. The master bedroom and bath are expansive with an oversized walk-in shower. There are hardwood floors downstairs and a kitchen that would make any chef envious, with granite counters and stainless appliances. For entertainment, you'll have 4 tv's, 3 dvd players, and a vcr, plus a stereo system in the main living area and wireless internet throughout the house. Blue Bell Cottage also has huge wrap-around porches, upstairs and down (downstairs is screened), that allow for great views as well as comfort. There is an outside shower available for rinsing off and a carport in case of inclement weather. There's also a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.
Blue Bell Cottage backs up to the state forest that surrounds the neighborhood. You will be just minutes from the beach and a short drive to Watercolor/Seaside/Grayton Beach for shopping and dining. The Preserve at Grayton Beach features two community pools, tennis courts and two clubhouses. The pools are heated March and April. We require Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the prime summer months (5/23 through 8/15). No pets, please.
