North Coast Village. We are in a premier location! Cottage D-9 is facing southwest with awesome ocean views from the living room, dining room, wine bar and of course the patio. WE have a BBQ on the patio (some units w/balconies cannot have BBQ's.
We are one of the few units that have a washer/dryer in the cottage so you do not have to use the launder matte.
We have a very up-to-date cottage if you look at the pictures you will see that the color and the beachy atmosphere lend itself to a joyful time.
It is our second home and you will not want for anything, just bring food and clothes!

Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
There was no question about buying here in Oceanside. This resort is the only resort on the sand with nothing between it and the water in Southern California that I know about.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
The best thing about being here and at this cottage is of course the beach. I live only about 1/2 hour away but it is a completly different climate. All the luxuries of home are here but this includes the Ocean and the breezes you can only get while standing on the sand.
Resturants, walks on the beach, dinner outside---The only complaint I have is NO PETS.
37 miles north of your unit!!! This Theme park has it all!!! Discount passes available as I have 25 yrs military service and have Camp Pendleton Base clse-by for military rates for you and your children!!
Another Theme Park that has it all!! Dicsounted tix available for you and your children thru Marine Base and my military Service of 25 yrs!!
One of the best Animal attractions in the State of California. Not to be missed!!! Children and Adults of all ages visit this Zoo from al over the world. Discountd Tix available for you and your children from the local Marine Base and my 25 years of active Service.

I bought this oceandfront cottage in North Coast Village in 1999. I knew right when we walked in the front door and could see all the way thru to the water that this was the place for me.. It is facing southwest so it gets the perfect amount of sun during our PEAK time of the year. (Summer) Usually shaded around 4:00-4:30 when you have had it with the sunshine. Time for that glass of wine and relaxing on the patio with the only worry of whether you should BBQ or go out for dinner.

Thank you for our excellent experience and stay at your lovely, impeccably clean condo. The perfect location within the complex and ability to walk only a few steps out our door to the beach was rivaled only by the gorgeous views of the sandy beach and ocean. We can't wait for our return trip next year.
