Enjoy a 'Getaway' vacation in the beautiful mountains around Cashiers North Carolina. Relax and grill out on one of our two decks overlooking Hogback Lake or explore the lake in a flat bottom boat. Bring your fishing gear, the lake is well stocked with bass, trout, catfish and brim.
When staying at 'The Getaway' you may use our local amenities some of which include; 2 golf courses, massages, skiing, summer tubing, winter tubing. This area is known for fantastic views and beautiful waterfalls and is conveniently located to surrounding areas for white water rafting, tubing, casino, live theater, festivals, antiquing, flea markets, hiking, etc.
We're in a private setting, yet close to town and shopping. Unlike Bear Lake (45 min. from town) this property is located a short 10 minute drive from groceries and shopping.
Bring the kids and let them have a ball enjoying the outdoors or just have a relaxing time enjoying nature. Whichever you choose you will want to return again and again.
