Sterling Sands #409 is an awesome beach getaway on the 4th floor with a perfect view of the beach and pool. The condo is 1260 square feet with a large kitchen and dining area. The den overlooks the gulf with a double sliding door and glass railing so you have an unobstructed view of the white sand and emerald water. The master bedroom is gulf from with a sliding door out to the deck.

Why the Owner Chose Sterling Sands
I first visited Destin in 2002 after a friend told me about how nice the beaches are. I fell in love with the area because the sand and beach remind me of the the north shore of lake Michigan in late summer. Destin is about a 1,000 mile trip for us but we try to get to the condo several times a year. We enjoy the emerald gulf water, white sand beach, and the Destin relaxed way of life. We work hard to keep the condo updated so that our guests will relax and enjoy their vacation at the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Fresh sea food is hard to get in Michgian so we always make sure to take in all we can while we are in Destin. Harbor Docks is always good for a nice dinner or the Back Porch for a sandwich and tuna dip. Baytown Wharf is a great place to hear some music and let the kids have some fun.
