This is a basic studio condo. There are 14 units with some full time residents. The units were updated about 5 years ago. The pool water was cold as were the temps due to the winter cold snap. Nice and clean and fully functional. All that is needed are personal items and bathing suit. Some people come here every year mainly for location. Nice and quiet during the week. You can watch the dolphins and birds on the bay. Owner was very easy to work with. Treasure Island is much better that the other places in the area. Good local eateries.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
