We stayed at the Roscoe Village house last May. The house was beautiful. Looked just as shown,very nice,everything you need.We enjoyed the neighborhood and local restaurants and shops. Coveniently located to the bus and then train stop. I would stay here again or at another Roscoe Village property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this unit in late August. It is very well-appointed, with wonderful bed linens and state of the art baths and kitchen. The location is good. There was ample parking nearby on the street. Two of the bedrooms are joined by a bath. With the 3rd bedroom, you have to walk down the hall. The only suggestion we have for the property would be to add some easy chairs in the living room. We would recommend this property.Owner response: We added the chairs

$250/night (up to 2 Guests) .. $20/Night per Additional Guest 2 night stay minimum during week, 3 night minimum on weekend (MAY to Dec) Cleaning Charge of $100 if less then 3 nights We can accommodate up to 14 people, rent our additional unit in same building, see our notes in comments. Some weekends require a 4 or night night minimum. I also have another property 1.5 blocks away for additional 14 guests. Peak Season Premium of $25 per night from May 10 - Oct. 18th $25 per night premium on Nov. 15th,Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weekends
