Sanibel Island is a tropical paradise located just off the coast of Fort Myers, Florida in the Gulf of Mexico. Sanibel's casual and relaxed atmosphere make it the ideal family vacation spot! Coquina Beach is a 40 unit condominium complex located on Middle Gulf Drive, two miles from the historic Sanibel Lighthouse.
Our Non-Smoking unit has all the comforts of home. The master bathroom was completely renovated during the summer of 2011. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2009, new cabinets, granite counter top and all new stainless steel appliances. The floor plan features a loft overlooking the living area providing a very open feeling. The master bedroom has its own access to the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has two additional twin beds. All told, the unit will comfortably sleep six guests. HD T.V.'s in Living Room and Master Bedroom.
This condo's greatest feature is the direct Gulf beach access, about a one minute walk. This means you can have the same beach access as the Gulf-front condominiums at literally half the price they charge.

Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children in Feb. Very nice and clean. Unit is close enough to easily bike to supermarket and restaurants. Grounds are well maintained. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed for meal preparation. Would stay here again.

I only stayed for a short while but the time I was here was amazing! The accomodations were excellent. It was so nice to sit outside on the patio and eat dinner/breakfast and enjoy the beautiful weather. I enjoyed bike riding around the island and of course the beach. Everything was wonderful and I can't wait to come back!

We had a great time as usual (14-15 yrs.) The weather was nice everyday! Our daughter-in-law and two little ones joined us for a few days. It's really fun to watch a one and three year old at the beach! We always enjoy "your condo" and enjoyed meeting Dan and Katie. We are signed up for next year!

We all (7) had a fabulous time! The condo was super, comfortable with everything we needed. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything. The island is beautiful! Never knew such a lovely place existed in the U.S.A. I am amazed. Thanks so much!

We came back surprised at the lovely new kitchen and staircase! Enjoyed time with some family and friends. Not really warm but we come from Cortland, NY where there is lots of snow -- it's good to get away -- Will be back in 20011!

Thankd you for sharing your lovely condo. Spring break 2010 for 6 UCONN - University of Connecticut - Juniors was memorable! Sanibel is beautiful, we've been here many times as a family. It was wonderful to share the island with my daughter and her friends. All the girls loved the island, the beach, then condo, biking, breakfast on the porch. The weather was perfect! Love the loft and spiral staircase! Than you again.
