This Spanish colonial house was fully restored in 2007 it is set on a wonderful neighborhood of Granada, Nicaragua. The exquisite details of this three-bedroom home include beautifully intricate colonial tiled floors, Spanish architecture, an interior courtyard with peaceful garden ornamented with Spanish fountain and volcanic rocks cascade to created the perfec peaceful sound; hand carved Nicaraguan furnishing, integrated arches between living area and corridors allow the house a very open and airy ambience and showed all the exquisite details to surround the interior house.
The lay out is open-air style. The kitchen into the corridors surround the courtyard. The two bedrooms are tucked away on the first floor sharing one full bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with full sized beds and air conditioning.
The master suit has a queen sized bed, a private elegant full bathroom, spacious closets, air conditioner and are located on the second floor with open into a porch surround with beautiful verandahs to enjoy sitting at the breakfast table preparing for the day, drinking the excellent Nicaraguan coffee and listening to the birds and the sound of the beautiful morning filtering down into the courtyard.
One of the must enchanting features of casa Don Carlos is on the 3rd floor the “ Mirador” with a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano with all the wild hills which allow you to see in the distance the northwest of the oldest colonial city of American continent..

Why the Owner Chose Granada
I bought this house and restored as vacational house in this location because Calle Palmira will be the gate to Mombacho volcano and isletas de Assese and soon or later this area will be the gorgeous residential area.
