  The condo was very clean upon arrival including the bathroom which in my book is a major plus. The view was wonderful from the balconies and listening to the waves with the doors open was very relaxing. When we rented it, we didn't realize that it was Spring Break. Overall it was a very quite location even with a lot of college kids around. The pool area and property were well maintained. When we couldn't locate the access for the Wifi connection, we sent an email to the owner and he promptly replied. He even called one day to make sure everything was alright. I did miss not having a hair dryer available, but learned to live with air drying. Since we were here on vacation and no real plans it wasn't a big deal but did take some timing on my part. The condo was well supplied with linens but there are no beach towels or any in the pool area. The beach is very well maintained. While staying here we ate at several restaurants. Our two favorites were Pier 19 for food, relaxing, and watching the sunset: and Palm Street Pier Restaurant and bar. The fish tacos at Palm Street are absolutely wonderful. We encountered friendly people everywhere and nobody imposed themselves on you. I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.

  We had an excellent stay. Everything was as described, close to beach, great views from both balconies, and secured behind gates, both at parking lot and the beach. Owner answered email extremely quick about the wireless Internet. He even called during our stay to check and make sure we were happy with the condo. Not many owners personally would ever do that. We've gone through many rent by owners and this is the first time one has ever called to check. Would recommend this condo highly, and we plan to rent again when we go back to the island next time.

  Weather was 80F almost everyday and the unit is right on the beach. Quick access to the beach and then to a bed for a nap and the kitchen for a snack between dips. Apartment was great and easy to check in and check out with a nice pool and hot tub. Having the laundry mat in the biulding was nice as well seeing how we stayed a week.

  We had an amazing time during our stay - the condo was VERY clean and well kept. Everything was perfect with the kitchen and all the major appliances. I could not have asked for more. The overall building was a bit older and had very few amenities (laughable fitness center) but the pool was immaculate, a nice size for everyone, and very well maintained. The beach was great and the family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would like to request that the owner give greater consideration to putting a lock (at least) on the bathroom door.

  Very pleasant, recently updated condo stay with my family of four. The kitchen was completely updated with granite countertops and large refridgerator. Plenty of towels and sheets for a week-long stay. Beautiful location on beach front property. We had three balconies all with water views. Comfortable beds, Wifi in the room, cable TV. Very private room. Prepare to move yourself in and wait for the elevator but that is to be expected. The security was good and staff at the lobby entrance. Family atmostphere with wonderful international flavor as many Mexican nationals also vacation at South Padre. I wish I was bilingual!!! We would definitely stay here again.

  This condo was exactly as described!!! The condo and surroundings were wonderfully maintained. If I was forced to make one suggestion, I'd add a lock on the bathroom and master bedroom doors. We will be back! Thanks Greg and sandy! Michael and Oksana

  This was a beautiful condo with wonderful views, greta atmosphere, and a family feel. We stayed a week and was so captured by the condo and views we are already looking to book for next year. The owners were helpful and answered questions quickly when emailed. They do have all the comfortable pleasures of home and it was only a few minutes to the mainland to see attractions and get thigs from Walmart etc. Love the condo, location, and people and plan on staying again and telling friends!

  This place is amazing... The pictures don't do it justice. The place was peaceful and very homey. The view is amazing in the bed rooms. And the living room... This has to be the only place I'd stay every time im at the island.

  My family a I loved this place.. The view is excellent, the condo has everthing u need.. My 2 kids love the pool.. We are definitely coming back next year.. Thanks Greg
