This home is located in the heart of Eastport, Annapolis which is one of the largest sailing centers in the world.
We are a mile away from the main entrance to the Naval Academy and within walking distance to downtown Annapolis. The house is only 2 yrs. old but with the charm of Eastport and Historic Annapolis. The original structure was the site of the "Old Eastport Post Office" and the new house was one selected for viewing on "Eastport's Home and Garden Tour" in June 2008.
The amenities include all the latest trends. The open floor plan has a kitchen with a wine frig, a honed granite countertop with a cooktop, and seating in the island. Another great feature includes two master bedrooms on the first floor. We also have a lovely finished walkout basement with two twin beds and a full bath.
