Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 4 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)
Keywords: House
This home is located in the heart of Eastport, Annapolis which is one of the largest sailing centers in the world and in the center of "Restaurant Row".
We are a mile away from the main entrance to the Naval Academy and within walking distance to downtown Annapolis. The house was built new in 2007 but with the charm of Eastport and Historic Annapolis. The original structure was the site of the "Old Eastport Post Office" and the new house was one selected for viewing on "Eastport's Home and Garden Tour" in June 2008.
The amenities include all the latest trends. The open floor plan has a kitchen with a wine frig, a honed granite countertop with a cooktop, and seating in the island. Another great feature includes two master bedrooms on the first floor. We also have a lovely finished walkout basement with two twin beds and a full bath.

We stayed here for commissioning week 2011 and had a w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l time. The house is large (it seems much bigger to me than the pictures convey) and not only lovely but incredibly well thought out and fun. June, the owner, is gracious, practical, and incredibly helpful. We had a lot of events and logistics to manage and this location was perfect - about a 15 minute walk to downtown and to the Naval Academy and easy to get places by car. I am a fussy housekeeper at my home and can say that this exceeded all my expectations.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Your house was lovely. The five of us had a wonderful stay. Your home is above and beyond any VRBO that I have rented. We truly felt at home. We came from San Francisco, Chicago, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Terre Haute, Indiana for our mini reunion. Annapolis is a beautiful town. We will be sure to tell our friends about this jewel.
