Vacationing at it's BEST. Enjoy our spacious 2,100 sq.ft.& 2 car garage, two-story vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a large open floor plan. It is on a large lot, across the street is Beaver Lake. It has plenty of parking and is 4 miles to Rogers for restaurants, shopping and easy access to what the area has to offer. Our home is 7 miles from I-540 where the new Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall and John Q. Hammonds Convention Center is located. Horseshoe Bend Recreational Park and Hobbs State Park with swim beach, picnic area, boat launches, horse back riding, biking, and boating and full service Marina is 4 miles away.
This home has been recently remodeled and is immaculate. It's vaulted ceilings with wood beams, tile and hardwood floors create a warm and comfortable atmosphere to spend your vacation. It has two separate living rooms, upstairs has a beautiful brick/stone corner fireplace and downstairs a wood stove.Both Upstairs/Downstairs have separate CH/A units. After a day of fun on the water, relax and enjoy a BBQ on the large deck 20 X 40 ft.Deck also surrounds the home or just enjoy the views of the mountains and Beaver Lake.
The main floor offers a open floor plan. The kitchen has 39 ft of counter space, with a bar w/ 3 bar stools and kitchen island w/ 2 stools. This home is fully equipped for your comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need - just add food. Dining room and spacious Living Room with a beautiful corner stone/brick fireplace to enjoy, also large windows that face the lake. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with 4'neo-foam pad with crisp new linens,& TV/DVD. Large master bathroom with shower/tub combination. Second bedroom has 1 Queen bed, & 1 Full bed, TV/DVD. Upstairs also has laundry room with walk in pantry with paper products furnished. And another large bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Downstairs has the second living area with two sofa couches that make into full size beds and a game table. Great for the kids to have their own space with TV/DVD/. Third bedroom has two full beds with all new linens and bedspreads. Fourth bedroom has one queen size bed in a very quiet part of the house. Mud room for those towels and swimsuits off of the two car garage. Fire ring for warming while sitting outside and enjoying the lake area while kids roast marshmallows.
