The 'Residence Regina' was an old lakeside villa, which has just been completely refurbished and is now home to beautiful apartments and separate villas. It is set in its own park, on the lakeside road in Laglio, sitting on the hillside with outstanding views.

Just a few shops, restaurants and bars, still unspoiled by modernization, keeping its old world feeling with characteristic streets and stepped lanes crossed by low bridges which join the century old houses.
From your base here, you will be able to tour the area, either by car, on foot or local ferry. It takes 45 minutes to reach Lugano, the Swiss lake by car and Bellagio is an enjoyable ferry ride away.
The building is a beautiful gated building with private underground parking and large elevator which takes you to the garden level where the apartment is, so it is convenient if you have walking problems as there are no steps involved to reach the apartment. |
