Grand View at Lake Travis is a wonderful place for family and friends to gather. Conveniently located just minutes away from Lakeway, Bee Cave & Austin. The game room is equipped with a pool table as well as a big screen TV. There are ample sleeping quarters with beds for 12 in the bunk room and two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. There is also a sleeper chair (that folds out into a bed) in the master bedroom. The lake side of the house features a fabulous view of Lake Travis. The balcony on the lake side is a beautiful shaded place to enjoy the view. Downstairs offers a two-level deck equipped with outdoor furniture and gas grill.
A boat launch is conveniently located just a few yards away.
Also, please remember to observe posted speed limits in the city of Lakeway.

Holidays:

Off-Peak:
Weekend - $400/night (Fri&Sat). $350/night (Sun-Thu). $1600/week
6% Sales Tax. $180 cleaning fee.
Off-Peak rates go into effect Tuesday following Labor Day.

Wonderful location for a get together

This location is great for a get together: the back patio is very nice and spacious, the gameroom (converted garage with front and back doors to promote cross-breezes, it has an A/C unit, but we did not use it) is wonderful for hanging out, the house is nice, and the bunkhouse has comfortable sleeping arrangements for a good number of people (4 double beds and 4 twin beds). The pictures don't do justice to the back patio. It is large and great for a bar-b-que. The only disadvantages that I can really think of are: - It only has two bathrooms, which can be difficult for a large number of people, and - It has somewhat limited parking. Only 4 vehicles can park there easily. Overall, it was perfect for what I was looking for, I highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
