The Master Suite encompasses the entire third level, featuring its own fireplace and floor to ceiling ocean views, especially in the marble and tile bathroom, where whale watching from the tub is a favorite activity. The ground level also has its own modern tiled kitchen and includes a large recreation area opening out onto a glassed sundeck with a huge Spa. Wander up the slope, keeping an eye out for deer, to enjoy sunset entertaining in the Party Gazebo, complete with fireplace and barbecue.
Located less than a 1/4 mile from the Paradise Point Wayside,just north of Port Orford, Oregon, famous for its lovely beaches, natural deep water harbor, and wild life sightings, with a variety of small art galleries and cafes. World class golf is just 30 miles to the North at the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort plus other local courses. Excellent seasonal Salmon and Steelhead fishing is nearby at the local Elk and Sixes Rivers, or drive a scenic 25 miles along the Pacific Coast to the south and visit the Rogue River. It is a great place to watch seal lions along with an amazing variety of shorebirds,including pelicans, cormorants, gulls, and Canadian Geese.

May-Oct Summer Rates + ALL HOLIDAYS .. $450/night, $2700/Weekly Discount
Nov-Apr Winter Rates.. $350/night, $2100/Weekly Discount
$450 deposit & signed contract required to confirm reservation. $150 Cleaning Fee
included as part of deposit. $450 security deposit will be charged, & returned in
full LESS the $150 Cleaning Fee, when house has been inspected and keys returned.
In case of damages, all costs for materials and labor will be deducted
from the security deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
No Refund Within 7 days of arrival. 7-60 days $450 cancellation fee.

We recently spent Thanksgiving at this wonderful property and our family is still raving about this property. Our group included my wife and I, our four sons and their wives, and a hand full of grandchildre. There was more than ample room for all and the grand kitchen was outstanding. The second kitchen on the lower level came in handy when preparing meals for everyone. We originally planned to have some meals out, but with everything that you could think of to cook with and ample seating for all, we stayed right there all five days. The master suite was absolutely huge and luxurious, and all of the beds were extremely comfortable (In fact, we want to buy one like it for ourselves.) The private and safe beach is very unique and great for all weather conditions. The giant size hot tub was well utilized, especially on one very stormy day. This place is also perfect for at least five adult couples and is a bargain for each of them. We had not stayed in the Port Orford area before, but will surely return. My family of 4, and my sister's family of 5 shared this house for a week. It was large enough for all of us, was fairly private, had an amazing view, and its own beach access. I have been to other beach rentals and been disappointed by their condition, and tackiness, but this house was well kept, clean, modern, and beautiful. The renters had even provided a cookie tray and toys for the kids! The dining room table could have been larger, but that is about it. Great experience!
