Situated on beautiful Lake Dunlap, the Chalet is a wonderful find! The house is a lovely and spacious two-story home. The downstairs features an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with lots of seating and a big screen TV. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with two double beds in one and one queen bed in the other. There is also a large utility room, two bathrooms and a double car garage downstairs. The living room/kitchen area opens to the back deck overlooking the lake.
The upstairs area is used for a large game room with a pool table, darts, shuffleboard table, & TV. The game room opens to a balcony overlooking Lake Dunlap - what a GREAT view! Additional sleeping quarters are also located upstairs in the bunkroom (which sleeps 9). A sleeper chair is also in the master bedroom for extra sleeping room. There are also two additional bathrooms located upstairs.
The Chalet on Lake Dunlap is conveniently located on the edge of New Braunfels - just minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Wurstfest and Gruene. Lake Dunlap is only about 20 minutes from great shopping at the San Marcos Outlet Malls (Prime and Tanger) - and only 35-40 minutes from San Antonio's famed Riverwalk. There is much to see and do - but what better place to relax and do nothing! Either way, we know you will love The Chalet on Lake Dunlap!
NOW AVAILABLE - our guests will have access to Lake McQueeney Racquet Club at no additional cost. This is a brand new facility with loads of amenities. The property has one professionally lighted indoor tennis court, two racquetball courts, a steam sauna, a far infrared sauna, a weight/cardio room, separate men's and women's dressing rooms with showers and lockers. There are viewing areas for the racquetball courts and for the tennis court. Outside we have three tennis courts, two of which are lighted courts. Weekend - $650/night (Fri&Sat). $550/night (Sun-Thu). $3000/week.
Holidays:
$650/night (3 night minimum).
Off-Peak:
Weekend - $350/night (Fri&Sat). $250/night (Sun-Thu). $1500/week.
6% Sales Tax. $100 cleaning fee.
Off-Peak rates go into effect Tuesday following Labor Day.
