Situated on beautiful Lake Dunlap, the Chalet is a wonderful find! The house is a lovely and spacious 2-story home. The downstairs features an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with lots of seating and a big screen TV. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with 2 double beds in one and one queen bed in the other. There is also a large utility room, two bathrooms and a double car garage downstairs. The living room/kitchen area opens to the back deck overlooking the lake.
The upstairs area is used for a large game room with a pool table, darts, shuffleboard table, & TV. The game room opens to a balcony overlooking Lake Dunlap - what a GREAT view! Additional sleeping quarters are also located upstairs in the bunkroom (which sleeps 9). Two sleeper chairs are also placed in the home for extra sleeping room. There are also two additional bathrooms located upstairs.
The Chalet on Lake Dunlap is conveniently located on the edge of New Braunfels - just minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Wurstfest and Gruene. Lake Dunlap is only about 20 minutes from great shopping at the San Marcos Outlet Malls - and only 35-40 minutes from San Antonio's famed Riverwalk. There is much to do and see - but what better place to relax and do nothing --the choice is yours! Either way, we know you will love The Chalet on Lake Dunlap!
