Penthouse unit - Vancouver Hotel Penthouse near Pacific Centre Mall and Stanley Park One Bedroom, Downtown Vancouver Penthouse unit in the Le Soleil Hotel 567 Hornby Street. Unit is centrally located downtown and two blocks from Art Gallery, Canada Place, and Robson Street shopping one block from Pacific Centre Mall and 15 minute walk to Stanley Park. YWCA recreational facility is next door with complete fitness activities including pool. The penthouse unit is in the boutique Le Soleil Hotel but not managed by the hotel. The one bedroom unit is is 475 square feet with marble bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. There is king-size bed in the bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the sitting room. There are two outdoor deck/patios totalling 370 square feet off the sitting room with patio table and chairs. There are two TV's (bedroom and sitting room) and DVD player. There are no kitchen facilities however refrigerator and microwave utensils glasses cups etc. available. Parking in the Hotel is limited and usually reserved for hotel guests. There are several parkades however within steps of the building and better priced. Weekly or monthly rentals will have cleaning service mid week.
