A completely remodeled 1300+ sq ft townhouse nestled in the mountains of Flagstaff. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in Continental Country Club, a prestigious Golf community. Your stay here allows you a guest pass to enjoy the private swimming pool, the fitness center and the tennis courts, which are located directly across the parking lot. Greens fees are reasonable.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed, which is 2 twin beds which can become a king sized when put together, and also bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top. There is also a queen sized sofa sleeper in the family room.
The full sized kitchen has granite counters, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and breakfast bar. There is a full sized table in the dining area and a huge family room. You can also enjoy your meals outside on the full length deck, which has a table & chairs and a swing. The covered porch has a gas grill for your convenience.
Located directly across the street from the Country Club which includes swimming, tennis, fitness center golf and a restaurant, you are also walking distance to a 9 hole putting green and a driving range.
This home is fully handicap & wheelchair accessible including wider doorways, wheelchair shower and a ramp. The townhouse is a single story but it is built on the side of a hill so there are normally 3 steps up to the porch, this is where the ramp is located. All rates are for up to 4 persons.
Each additional person will be $25 per stay, (not per night).
A $100 deposit is required to hold dates.
An additional $50 deposit is required for pets.
All pets must be approved by owner.
For dates 1 week or longer a $300 deposit is required.

Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased this home when my husband was transferred to Flagstaff. We lived there for about a year and a half and then moved back to Phoenix. We loved Flagstaff so much that we wanted to keep our home there so we decided to rent it to offset the cost. After we rented it out full time for 2 years we thought that if we turned it into a vacation rental then we could have use of it ourselves when it wasn't occupied, so that's what we did. It was the best idea we'd ever had! We hope that you enjoy your stay there as much as we do.
