  My bridesmaids and I were looking for a place where we could stay that had two bathrooms and wouldn't cost us $1000 for two days the two nights before my wedding. My husband and I had decided to go traditional and not see each other before the wedding and I am so glad we did otherwise I would have never thought of searching for this Condo rental! We had such a blast making cupcakes, watching movies, and enjoying the hot tub in this top of the line rental. We had a great view of the mountains and food and hiking near by. The beds were comfortable and the space was well kept and clean. My husband and I are discussing taking a trip out there for a couple days, just the two of us. This is an A+ rental and I would definitely rent again.

  Clean, comfortable and roomy suite with all the basics like dish soap and laundry detergent. There was plenty of room for making and serving meals, and we loved the hot tub on the deck and the view. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

  Our group of 9 people enjoyed the stay in Girdwood. It was easy to see that the condos are well maintained and we were impressed with how clean and well equipped each unit was. The reservations were easy to make, all questions were answered and fully explained. We were able to get in several good hikes close by and enjoyed the area very much. We recommend if you ,are going to be in the Girdwood area, stay at Snow Raven and by all means take the tram to the top of Alyeska for a drink and eat dinner at the Double Musky as often as possible! Thanks for making our Alaska vacation a trip to remember.

  Fairly new and very nicely laid out 2-BR condo with a hot tub and lots of room to spread out. Short walking distance to stores, restaurants, and bars. Was in town for a wedding and this unit had everything we needed for a week's worth of enjoying Girdwood at a truly affordable price. Will stay there again if available -

  My family and I have just returned from AK----and spent two very comfortable nights at this property. The accomodations were just as described, all questions were either answered promptly by e-mail or phone and the agent was nothing but helpful. Since the purpose of our trip was family- related, we were unable to spent as much time there as we would have liked---almost no exploring at all,BUT I can say we have a very good meal at Chair 5 on our visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyione wanting to go "North to Alaska".

  My husband and I along with another couple stayed 2 nights in this condo. It was absolutely spectacular! We truly felt like we were all on vacation. It was very comfortable, clean and also at a great price. I would definately recommend and we certainly would come back. Thanks for making us feel at home! The Mittelsteadt's and The Gruber's

  We stayed in this condo for four days during a conference at Alyeska.We had 3 small children and two caregivers in tow and found the condo exceeded our expectations. It was well kept, comfortable, and spacious. The furnishings were top notch, and the hot tub was well worth the cleaning fee. It is located near a nice coffeshop and chair 5 pizza for easy access. This condo was epic compared with staying at the hotel. We will definitely stay again on our next trip. Thx Kim.

  Four of us rented this unit for an overnight stay in Girdwood and it was by far the nicest building we have ever stayed in! The building is right down the road from resort and a stone's throw from Chair 5 and the Mercantile. We had some dinner and drinks at Chair 5 and spent the rest of the night at the condo -- which many of us felt was nicer than our own homes! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend the night down in Girdwood.

Cancellations less than 30 days will be charged a handling fee. Cancellations less than 30 days, a refund will only given if we are able to rebook the reservation.

50% Deposit to Confirm Reservations; Remaining 50% charged 30 days prior to reservations.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Quoted Rates above are for 1-4 persons. Additional Persons are $25 per night for 1 person plus tax, or $40 per night for 2 persons plus tax. There is an additional one time fee of $30 for the Hot Tub, plus tax. All Rates are charged 12% bed tax on top of the rate.
