This Sugar Beach Condo is located at the beginning of the beautiful Ma’alaea Bay. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Wailea and South Kihei, and then come back to your quiet, family-oriented home away from home. But you’re only 20 minutes from the airport and within minutes to restaurants, shops and stores. You can relax Hawaiian style or visit one of the many Maui attractions since you're centrally located to Lahaina, Haleakala, Paia and the up-country- just to name a few.
The condo features air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, and a fully equipped upgraded kitchen. The second bedroom can be either 2 twin beds, for the kids, or one King size bed. Perfect for when two couples are vacationing together. Let us know what you prefer. We’re off the street, so there’s ample assigned parking for you and a guest. And best of all, this lovely condo is on the first floor so there’s no stairs to climb and carry up your luggage.
Right out side your door there is a tropical paradise atmosphere with picnic tables and gas grills. Bring home some fresh fish and local produce and have your private Luau right outside your door.
You’ll find the condo offers a variety of games for family fun, inside and out. For the beach goers there are Frisbees, beach balls, beach chairs, umbrellas and a rolling ice chest. From boogie boards to sand pails all are available for the young and young-at-heart. There’s an underwater fish themed jig saw puzzle inside, for the brave, plus more. Playing solitaire cards pool side is available and recommended!
Speaking of Pool Side- enjoy the tropical feel of the sunny private pool and the wonderful amenities it has to offer. The pool is located right outside your door. The lounge chairs are perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Forgot to bring a book, no problem- we have a library of great reading for you. The pool has been just been newly upgraded and renovated- be sure to let us know what you think.
